Very comfortable

The place when in Jakobsstad!

Close to everything we wanted to see in Jakobstad. Wonderful dinner at the restaurant. Comfortable temperature in the rooms. We would stay again!

Great location. Great sauna. Great staff. A couple of spots in the hotel had a terrible sewer smell as you walked by. The breakfast was good, not great. Compared to other hotels we stayed at in Finland the selection was good but the quality was average. All in all, Jakobstad is a great place to visit and we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location right in the middle of the city. Cozy atmosphere, and such a friendly and helpful staff. Warmly recommend this hotel. (And the food is world-class, so delicious!)

Amazing staff - very friendly, flexible and helpfull. The suite was a very good solution travelling with the baby. Strongly recommend.

The Hotel location is couldn't be better. It is located in the middle of the shopping district and city center and has all the sights, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Prepare for a 7 minutes walk to the train and bus station. The rooms are clean and well equipped with minibar and TV. The restaurant downstairs serves excellent food and hearty breakfast. The only thing I noticed during my stay is that the floor in the hallway is old and noisy so you can actually hear people walking there. A minor flaw in this historic and nice hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located. The facilities were clean, and the rooms comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The hotel mi pretty basic but what makes it so nice to come to again and again is the heart-warming, friendly service. The breakfast buffet is also nice and to top it off they had a juicer for orangers this time:)

Saknade galger(hade 2)och skohorn i hotellrummet. Enkel frukost. Trångt i badrummet.

Breakfast shown in the pictures was a complete fabrication/fantasy like McDonald's pictures. Everything was bottom shelf, the eggs were powder eggs and the juice was as bad as American hotels. I will rate the restaurant Ludwig separately as it was amazing but can be dined at without living at hotel. I could hear my next door snoring, and everything in the hallway...

Toaletten var smutsig, duschen var smutsig- rödbrunt i hörnen och vid lister. Vid frukosten fick jag gå till receptionen och be dom fylla på med bröd och bacon. Det var väldigt slamrigt med porslin vid diskinlämningen - störande ljud vid frukosten. Slitet hotell

noget slidt men venligt personale.

Aamupala aika huono, yösisäänkäynti oli lukossa

Huone oli ankeampi, miltä kuvissa näytti. Ei oikeastaan ollut ollenkaan tunnelmallinen tai viihtyisä. Mm. jotain väriä seinille oisin kaivannut. Huoneessa oli lisäksi melko kylmä, erityisesti lattia oli kylmä. Olisin myös kaivannut jotain kaappia, mihin tavaransa asettaa. Jouduimme ripottelemaan tavaroita nojatuoleille ja pienelle pöydälle ikkunan alla. Eteiseen olisin kaivannut jotain vaatetankoa mihin takkinsa ripustaa. Eteisessä oli vain muutamia koukkuja seinässä, mihin henkarin ripustaa. Ei kovin toimiva ratkaisu. Sänky olin ihan hyvä. Vessa ankean pieni, pönttö, lavuaari ja suihkukaappi pienessä tilassa. Aamupala hostellitasoa. Maito ei ollut kylmää. Mehut laimeita. Mitään extraa ei ollut vaan melko pelkistetty valikoima mitä syödä. Palvelu ihan perus ok.

Huone oli siisti. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä keskustassa.
