You have a great product and in a prime area. Some feedback....
First the cellular reception here is terrible, multiple networks, not just limited to one carrier. This would be fine if you had WiFi, but you have to pay $50 for 10 days worth of WiFi. It is 2025 and you are charging for a standard amenity. Would you like to be charged for toilet paper when you use a toilet? No, you assume its a part of the experience.
Next the Chromecasts in the rooms would be awesome to use, if I didn't have to pay $50 to be on your network, so there goes another amenity. Come on guys thats just salt on the open wound. Offer complimentary WiFi if your going to offer Chromecasts. If I rent a car with Android auto or Apple car play I don't have to purchase my Sim card from the rental agency so I can use maps or spotify. My stuff just works.
Also, the rooms are not toddler or baby efficient. If anything is lower than 36 inches, it should be round or smooth. Not sharp. Get new coffee tables and side tables.
Finally, your kitchen knives. Please change them out. Dull knives are a liability, and the experience can be controlled. New knives for a property this size is an easy expense and can make all the difference. Sorry, last car metaphor. When I rent a car it doesn't come with bald tires.
Again, you have a great product, kind team, and great location. You have the ability to make an A+ experience. So, do it already.
And no, I don't want to call you to discuss my experience. Lets not waste each other's time, my feedback is above.
