Has all I want in an hotel

You can see that the hotel is a bit older. It was also quite cold in the room during our stay. Unfortunately there was no cable car running, so the shuttle ride down to the hotel was a little longer

Amazing hotel,great friendly helpful staff. Very unique experience getting to our hotel with the lift Food was really good. Spa lovely also.

The only entrance to this hotel is via cable car, and can get so busy that waiting time is long. The rooms are outdated but spacious. Nice bathroom. The pool area is always full of kids in the evening its impossible to swim! Or to take a dip in jacuzzi! There should be limited time for kids use! The system of QR codes in the room is so terrible, we didnt get any new towells, or there was no explanation what coffee you are drinking or how much cost the mini bar. The information of services is different from the room’s book to reception. This is not a 4* hotel. Now I know why it was cheap.

The hotel is situated in a lovely part of Prague. Easy to get around. Staff is very friendly and polite, breakfast is fresh and plenty to choose from, sky lift is amazing feature and views from the top floor are beautiful. Pool is on the smaller size but perfectly sufficient for a nice swim. Jacuzzi might be a bit difficult to get into for shorter people and steps to the pool is a ladder, not great for everyone. The only issue we had was a very uncomfortable bed that was moving a lot every time one of us turned around and smell of drainage coming from the bathroom. For the price we paid I expected a better/more comfortable and up to date room but overall people working there made up for it.

One of the friendliest and most professional staff I have experienced in a long time! Hotel was great and special mark goes for the breakfast. Overall this hotel and its unique way of access is a gem in Prague.

Directions on website to hotel were poor in that they failed to articulate that the easiest route was via the adjacent NH City Hotel. Staff were generally fine, but lass helpful than staff at NH Collection in Barcelona or Berlin.

We brought our dog and they were very friendly and had a beautiful garden for walking. We did not like the shuttle or lift as the dog was not allowed. The room and service was very nice.

Great hotel if you don't mind being out of the centre excellent facilities for the money only problem cooked breakfast was not very warm.

Nice view of city. Tasty tea and Nespresso coffee in the room. The cable car was very special, we have never used this kind of elevator to reach our hotel :) The breakfast was very good, fresh juices every day, lots of freshly cooked food-eggs, sausages, bacons, pastry, sliced, dairy products, salmon and champagne etc. After tiring visit tour in the old town we liked the jacuzzi, sauna and pool. The restaurant in the hotel was so expensive, the wine was excellent, but the food not so good as expensive.

A little out of town but definitely worth it. 30 minute walk to the centre or 5 minutes to the metro/bus/trams

Hotel is a pain if getting dropped off by shuttle as there is no allocated place for passenger drop off. Request to be dropped off at NH Prague City lobby from there you can take the cable car up to the NH and check in - both hotels are connected by this cable car. I found my stay at hotel enjoyable. It was only a 5-4 minute walk to the buses and subway station was another minute away. Their is a mall by buses with a giant grocery store which was great for picking up water and croissants to take back to hotel and for buying chocolate and booze to take back home!

Top Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip. Man kann ins Zentrum und zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gehen. Das Restaurant ist gut, aber sehr teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen in der Nähe. Sonst ist alles da und wie man für ein 4 Sterne Haus erwarten würde.

Der Seilbahn Shuttle zum Hotel war defekt - der dann erfolgte Bus Shuttle kam erst nach ca 20 Minuten , da nur ein Auto zur Verfügung steht . Der Check In dauerte ebenfalls eine gefühlte Ewigkeit, da nur ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war. Downgrade auf eine niedrigere Zimmerkategorie ohne Teilerstattung . Zudem funktionierte die Klima in keinem der gebuchten Zimmer . Laut Mitarbeiter ist das normal , da die äußeren Temperaturen das nicht zulassen - so etwas hab ich bisher noch nie gehört . Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich .

We had a nice stay. The room was spacious. The breakfast was Nice and had a few glutenfree items. Our child like the lift from the main building to the NH Collection building. Public Transport is close by and also the shopping mall is close to the hotel.
