Let’s start with the room. It is noticeably smaller than the Westin, like someone took a perfectly good luxury room and gently shrank it in the wash. That said, it still hits the 5⭐ checklist. Clean, polished, comfortable & clearly designed by people who want you to feel cool even when you're lying in bed scrolling on your phone.
One genuinely fun perk is the Fender guitar borrowing program. Yes, they let you borrow a real Fender guitar during your stay. This is great if you play guitar, mildly terrifying if you don't & deeply optimistic of the hotel to assume guests will not attempt Wonderwall at midnight. Still, credit where it is due, very on brand & actually memorable.
The music pool is excellent. You can float around while music plays underwater, which feels luxurious until you realize you're essentially vibing while slowly drowning. Still, it is a great pool & way more fun than the silent, reflective pools where you question your life choices.
Breakfast was good but not mind blowing. Solid quality, decent selection, but it felt like it stopped one creative meeting short of greatness. You eat well, you don't dream about it later. For a hotel this confident, breakfast could show a little more ambition.
Service was smooth, staff knew what they were doing & everything worked the way it should. No drama, no chaos, no stories to tell your friends about how something went terribly wrong. Which, honestly, is its own kind of luxury.
Overall, it is a stylish, fun hotel that takes itself seriously without becoming ridiculous.
Slightly smaller rooms, slightly underwhelming breakfast, but strong vibes, good sleep & a guitar if you feel inspired or reckless.
Final verdict: 9 out of 10.
