Room was just ok. No where to put your clothes. Walls were at an angle so you could not stand up straight in the shower. Blower dryer was terrible. Bed was comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly.Would not stay here again.

Excellent location 4mins walk to everything worth seeing plus supermarkets etc. Reception staff excellent. Downside no lift just steep stairs. Never mind. Ask for room 814 (first floor figure that one out!) because you get a 25 sqm open balcony where we consumed far too much wine!!

A charming hotel with all of the modern conveniences. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful decor and perfect location for shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. And if you need air conditioning for very hot days, this is the place for you.

The property was fun and unique and the staff was lovely. A shout out to Alexandra that made our breakfast a lovely start of each day. The Expedia listing was incorrect, there was no elevator (which I needed due to a recent knee injury) and there were no laundry machines available as was shown in Expedia. I think whoever set the expedia account up made a mistake as they were confused why I was asking for the elevator. We looked together and they saw what I was seeing...they also showed me all of the other sites they are on that doesnt show the elevator and laundry. They did what they could to get us accomodations on a lower level. Technology sometimes goes sideways but the staff and the building were lovely.

The staff was lovely and we found the room to be very comfortable.

Enjoyed the hotel and Maastricht as a whole. Driving to the hotel we passed it initially, and parking is at the back of the property. We loved the interior of the hotel and the staff was very helpful. We would stay there again!

The staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and nicely appointed. Breakfast was delicious with different foods to choose from. It’s an easy walk to the old town and quite near the beautiful river. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

Convenient hotel for Maastricht old town. Walkable to the Andre Rieu concert. Hotel was old and could use some modernization. The staff were very nice.

Nic big room 2 very comfortable single beds. Great breakfast (at extra cost). Very central & literally next to underground carpark. Thoroughly recommend this hotel - don’t expect holiday inn style, this is a proper Netherlands house.

Staff was best part of experience - they were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was quite good too.

Stay Away!!!!! I cannot stress this enough, this hotel is the "Unsatiable". DO NOT TRUST HOTELS.COM REVIEWS, something is terribly off . The hotel uses photos on their website from "sister hotels" as if it is their own! We arrived to this out dated awful building, front desk was hiding in a room and needed to be called out. Our "Suite" was located up 2 very narrow flights of stairs with NO ELEVATOR!!! Location 0 Stars in our opinion, Staff not friendly at all.. Worst experience of our lives, we couldn't complete our stay and had to leave after a few hours.... Do yourself a favor, DO NOT COME HERE.

Amazing place where to stay when visiting Maastricht. It is back to th à old city, many restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff is amazing and friendly. The hotel is clean and offers you comfort while away from home. Give it a try when in Maastricht!
