Awful stay here - it took staff 25 minutes to arrive after I called them the lady on the phone was ridiculously rude. Upon arrival, he didn’t say hello just asked for my passports and gave me a key - I asked where do I go and he pointed down the corridor . No restaurant available or bar to have. When having to leave early we had no clue where to leave the keys or money we used for the bar. It also smelt like pickle down the corridors ! Would not recommend!

Our stay was ok. However, it was expensive for what was on offer in March. Breakfast was very limited in choice. Hotel was shut, we arrived 30 minutes before check in and had to wait in the car with no telephone reception! There was a hotel telephone direct through to reception in a box by the door, but no answer when called. Wifi was available once in the hotel.

Staff was friendly at check in, rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was plentiful and great. We would definitely stay here again! Given that this is the only hotel in Flix, we were surprised by how great it was.

El hotel no puede ser más bonito, unas instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, una decoración con mucho gusto, y desde la terraza de la habitación unas vistas preciosas, sin duda volveremos de nuevo y no tardaremos mucho

Hele rustige omgeving en fijne kamer. Terras met uitzicht op de overkant van de Ebro. Alleen het ontbijt was niet 4*-waardig. Oud brood en geen eieren om maar wat te noemen.
