Room 109 - the shower was useless - the pressure was pathetic - I would have been better taking my shampoo outside in the rain and there was a big hole in the bathroom floor

A substantial menu freshly cooked breakfast to order. Room clean but quite basic Staff very friendly and helpful would certainly stay there again should the need arise very close to Prince Phillip Hospital to enable visiting.

The property is located close to all the big shops and chains plus the parking is free in the property. Loved the property. Good for families.

Really tired looking hotel with TV not working well and the worst was the water pressure in the shower — It literally dribbled out and was nearly impossible to wash the soap off and get clean. Very disappointed.

First room I was given was on the second floor which I didn’t realise that there was a second floor and therefore didn’t ask for a lower ground floor due to physical limitations. I contacted reception they were brilliant, once I informed them I was struggling they provided a room on the lower ground and helped me move. Fantastic service xx
