On our first day our Air conditioning is not working, the pillows we had are so soft and feels like we don't even have a pillows, when we checked out they want to charges us on liquors even tho we never drink in our entire life and the curtain on our rooms got so many holes

Hello, small room, unplanned hotel, far from the city, bad service.

Nice hotel near my office. Clean room, nice gym and close to golf course.

Enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. Very friendly service, clean with nice amenities. A 20 minute drive from to downtown Old Quebec. Enjoy the breakfast each morning and the ample parking.

No affordable food options and activities for family.. Guess it’s more for business and golf….

I was grateful for the quiet area, the staff who were professional, and the cleanliness of the hotel. Sometimes the guests could spoil a stay, but other than loud running footsteps one night I had no issues.

Not advised of spa closure for the weekend ahead of time which is the reason we booked to take advantage of after our triathlon. Pretty upsetting for the price. We were offered a room with a better view but its not something that we cared for anyways. Toilet had an issue and was running but staff fixed it pretty quickly.

I rent 2 rooms with my family. One of the room the washroom the toilet bowl was stuck, I call the front desk and ask to fix it. She told me no staff to do it. She give me a rubber toilet pump to fix the toilet by myself. Look like there is my house. No customer service. And other room no shower gel. Go to ask the front desk and she cannot find one, and didn't refill the next day either.

This property is very clean with spacious rooms and fresh-smelling rooms.
