Excellent amenities and staff!

This was simply wonderful. The historical background made this a unique stay. The two floor apartment, which included a washer, was very spacious, well-decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was really spacious with lots of hot water. The AC worked really well. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of great options to choose from. It was also located in a great area where we were able to walk to a lot of the major sites and attractions.

A palace apartment worth staying in! Lovely garden to step out to!

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Europe. The rooms are extremely spacious with modern amenities and luxurious bathrooms. The kitchen and washing machine were a real plus! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Porto. The location is perfect for seeing the town. Supurb!

The place was excellent and great location. Breakfast was wonderful and it was of the best highlights. We had to pay extra for our 3 kids but totally worth it!

An amazing place to stay to visit Porto. Could not be better located. The 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful, ample space and very well equipped if you went for longer than the 3 nights we did. The staff were brilliant too, could not fault it. Would be nice if there was a bar to relax in at the end of the evening but not a game changer.

Fabulous property. Apartment was huge and perfect for a family. Very good location. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. Their recommendations were great, they made getting reservations for meals and a rental car incredibly easy. Five star service.

Fantastic property, lots of character in the building but the apartments are well furnished with modern bathrooms and spacious. Great location on the edge of the historic centre and 3 minutes from the famous bridge. Staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious each morning with a good selection plus freshly baked cakes each day. This place is a real gem and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.

My father and I had a wonderful stay at Condes de Azevedo. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the restaurants around the hotel are just fantastic. I actually stayed here last year with my two girlfriends and the place is absolutely stunning. Clean, comfortable and it feels like a real home.We also did a trip to the Druro wine region, which I highly recommend. Hopefully, I will be back again Monday. Thank you to all the staff who are incredibly kind. A 10 out of 10😀

Beautiful apartment, friendly staff. Central location to metro station and top attractions. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Porto.

This property is beautiful. Parking available in the same property. Walk about 2 minutes and have the amazing views from the bridge. On top of that we got a continental breakfast every morning included. 24 hour help at front desk. Can’t beat the price and location of this hotel.

The only negative was the breakfast and the cost of it, definitely not worth it. Also I would tell guests to take a taxi from the Sao Bento station instead of walking uphill with luggage.

Great location and apartment was abobe expectations. We stayed comfortable throughout. I would say som parts of apartment had kow hanginging structure so if your tall watch your head

It was a heritage building and the washrooms were obviously added afterwards ….very very poor water pressure …just a trickle of a shower. They also charged an extra €40 euros for an extra person which I feel was exorbitant.

We loved our stay at Condes de Azevedo Palace. The staff were amazing, the building quite interesting and the apartment perfect for our needs. The location was also very good for our needs. Very central, easy walking or train to anywhere we needed to go. Also close enough to the river. Just overall a great experience. We can't wait to go back.
