Close to airport and easy in and out access. Good for late night travelers coming or going.

Clean room with good toiletries. Very friendly staff - helpful with getting a taxi. Food was great. Very convenient hotel by the airport. Will stay here again

We had a issues with our VISA to Europe and we had a reservation with them there and we needed to cancel since our VISA was cancelled and we never traveled there , Expedia return the money for the flight but when was the time for the RETURN - CANCELLATION of the reservation they NEVER RETURN THE PAYMENT !!!!! SHAME ! Even ecxpedia contact them and ask the manager and THEY DID REFUSE TO GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK .

At first, they had a difficult time recognizing our booking through Hotels.com, but through valiant effort and perseverance they figured it out. And from that point on, we had excellent service and a wonderful stay. It might be good to contact the property in advance to confirm your booking.

The hotel is adjacent to the airport and offers a 24-hour shuttle. This was extremely important to me since I had an early flight. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge and restaurant are comfortable and very nice. I will stay here again on my next trip to Kosovo.

Very convenient location to Pristina Airport. Reception staff were friendly and very solicitous. We had a good dinner, before we went to bed. Room was clean, and we didn’t hear the noise from the nearby airport. Wake up call was prompt, and the staff remembered to pack us breakfast, since we were leaving before their breakfast was being served. One of the staff used her personal car to take us to the airport, so that we didn’t have to wait for the shuttle to return. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Only minor concern was renovation of front area of hotel. It will eventually be an attractive welcome to travelers.

Great, clean hotel with friendly and professional staff!

At midnight I am awoken to a strange woman entering my room and turning my lights on! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I reserved the room so that I would be able to sleep five hours before my long journey home, as the hotel is near the airport, but was only able to sleep two and a half after being woken up in a panic by a strange women turning my lights on and entering my room. It was very unsettling and made it impossible to go back to sleep. How did she get in? Can anyone simply walk into my room? Will it happen again? I later found out that the front desk had mistakenly given her my room key. There is simply no excuse for this. Hotels need to ensure the safety of their guests. The woman is not at fault, as she thought she was entering her own room. The experience was unsettling for her as well, as I am a big person and yelled at her while my brain was waking up and assessing the situation. No hotel guest should ever be put into a situation where they feel threatened or have concern for their safety, even if it is for a short while. I should be fully compensated for my stay, as I was only there for six and a half hours and was not able to get four to five hours of sleep. That was the whole point of reserving the room in the first place. The front desk made excuses by saying that the receptionist on duty was simply overworked and made an honest mistake. That is not my problem and is unacceptable. If the receptionist is overworked, then she isn’t being managed properly.

Great staff, clean and modern facilities and rooms, great food and welcoming feeling. If you are looking for accommodation with a modest rate, and are prepared to be "out of town" as a base for exploring this great country, the Best Western Hotel Galla is a great choice. Staff were very helpful, car hire was organised by the hotel with a reputable company and I was otherwise looked after in all aspects of my stay.

Excellent location for an early flight, the hotel is 2 minutes away from the airport and a free shuttle service is provided 24 hours per day. Pristina centre is approx 20-30 minutes away and a bus service 1A can be used for €3 each way.

We booked non smoking room but, the lingering smell of smoke was evident. Please make the hotel a non smoking facility!

Very convenient for early flight. Also two covid testing centres adjacent to hotel.

Nice hotel. Small issue with the WiFi but they fixed it quickly. Room was clean and inviting and was really close to the airport which made things much easier
