Clean, quiet and accommodating

Love that there was a basketball court.

We like the pool, basketball court, and closeness to Alucha Sports Center and places to eat.

We had a family get together there. People came from all around and met up.The hotel is beautiful.The pool area is lovely and we had a great time

Beautifully clean hotel with lovely decor and welcome. Breakfast was good with amazing apple and cinnamon muffins. Hope to return.

We checked in around midnight. We noticed that one of the beds had dirty sheets. We slept I. The same bed that night and I took pictures down stairs the next morning to show the front desk. She assured me the sheets would be changed that day. We left and came back that night to find the same dirty sheets in the bed and a set of clean sheets sitting on the table. I went down stairs and talked the the desk person that once again apologized and she she left notes for that to be taken care of. That she didn’t understand why it wasn’t done. We checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday and the same dirty sheets were still on the bed and the clean ones sitting on the table. Will not stay there again. Also the shower was dirty and never got cleaned

Spacious room. Breakfast included. Breakfast was very good and a lot of variety. Close to everything. Towels at the pool are tiny.

A place where you feel at home, very good location and many stores around and also restaurants just walkable. The outdoor Pool and spa is a must place of the hotel

Disgusting property

The AC wasn’t working and the general manager lied about it.

AC wasn’t cooling in our room. Nothing they could do except they sent a tech up an hour after I called which at this point was 10:30pm and my children were sleeping
