Our stay was absolutely amazing. We loved the NY Waterway shuttle from the hotel to Manhattan – truly top-notch! However, I have to mention the breakfast… it was quite disappointing. I’d rate it 2 out of 10. I’m not sure what Americans usually eat for breakfast, but if semi-finished, low-quality food is the standard – that’s a no-go for us.

We love being able to take the ferry to NYC. The breakfast area is bright. We did not like how the room felt stuffy and warm. We liked that garbage and fresh towels were adressed daily.

Very nice and reasonable

Safe and quiet location. Easily accesible to the city via ferry, but allows you to have your own peace and quiet when you want to escape the hustle and bustle. My boyfriend and I arrived from California late night and were greeted by Chris. He was very helpful, accomodating, extremely welcoming and personable, which was very important in an unfamiliar city. Took the time to provide information on things to do and recommendations on places to visit, which were top tier. Hotel breakfast was a plus. Neighborhood felt safe and private. Will absolutely stay here again for all future stays in that area. Thank you again Chris for all your help!!!

Outside view was great .The hotel is also situated in a convenience location with close by amenities. All staff were great 👍

Loved being able to spread out in such proximity to the City. I traveled with my daughter and her nanny-- this provided plenty of space for all of us.

Honestly, this was a much better place to stay than any five star hotel that I have been to. Comfort wise it was 10/10 and that’s my biggest priority. Breakfast was also provided. The view from my room could have been better but the area was very safe and clean and the view (not from my room but overall) was wonderful. The manager, Jordan is a very friendly and helpful guy. :)

Really close to the ferry station. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and had working kitchen.

Great experience

Quiet, comfortable beds, clean room, easy check in, and a nice, convenient location. Beautiful view as soon as you step outside. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time. The property looks new. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was a plus.

Took 1hr to get linens for sofa bed. Ironing board had a stain of perfume that transferred to my clothes.

The hotel was very nice. It smelled clean and refreshing. We paid for a full view room and the view was not so pleasing. We expected a full view of the NYC skyline. We got a small view of the skyline and a large view of a parking garage and construction. That was very disappointing. For the nightly price of the hotel, the breakfast was mediocre at best. We stayed 4 nights and the toaster broke on day 2 and wasnt replaced with another. Therefore anyone wanting toasted bagels or to make toast was out of luck. The air conditioner unit is in the back bedroom, and no where else. So our son got a bit warm when we went to bed and closed the door the 1st night. The bedroom door remained open thr rest of our trip so that tje entire room would try to stay cool. So much for privacy. Awful designing plans! The front desk employees where absolutely great. Very friendly, outgoing and helpful with all questions we had. We did ask for an extra blanket the was forgotten about and we had to go do several hours later to ask again. The little grocery section, was minimal and very expensive. $6.00 for a 20oz diet pepsi!! Outrageous Would we stay again?not sure. Personally, I think I would look elsewhere due to the stated issues that matter more to us. Overall, a 7 out of 10
