I changed rooms due to excessive vibration noise from the upper level. Bicycles were not properly maintained.

Variety food breakfast, room size big, complete amenities

Before covid, the breakfast super good. I love stay here because of the food. But now, the only thing i love just the nature.

Clean, room is nice, pool is nice, and food is good.

I was stay with my sister family and my family for 2 nites. Overall, i love the view the peaceful and the green of the eye view.... Swimming pools is out of order and luckily your staff Mr. Azli from Marketing/Sales Dept, saw us with the kids and advise us to bring all the kids to Forest City Marina hotel to swim. All of the kids are happy and of course as a parent, we are happy for them. Food, so far so good. nothing much.

We booked a suite and were given the one usually for VIPs. It is one of the best rooms in terms of cleanliness and decoration. However, this time, the aircon wasn't working well. Adjusted the aircon for room and living room to 17 degrees on cool and high fan, but the room took more than 1 hour to cool down and didn't cool down much. Also, there was no hot water in the shower. Need to be rectified.

Receptionist okay, but when I first wanted to check in, he looked me up and down. Maybe he thought I couldn't afford to stay there. Other than that, the room was okay. Spacious. All the facilities were okay. Breakfast was okay too. Only the location was a bit inland. Suitable for people who want privacy and peace like me. Only if you want to go to the city, it's a 30-40 minute drive.

The hotel is spacious, the facilities are complete, there is a small playground for the boys, the room I stayed in was not very clean, like a lot of dust and the walls of the room (wallpaper) were torn. I waited for hours for nothing to be done with the chef, until I went in at 10 o'clock (the restaurant was about to close).

The service was terrible. The hotel was not worth for being rated at 4 or 5 star. The staff was not good at their work at all. We stayed 3 nights, but we had to check in & out every day and to validate our room key. Room condition was bad as well. Shower booth did not drain well. We requested to fix the drain, but no one came to our room. Also, phone in our room was out of order.

Bathroom tiles are so slippery, fan control is in Chinese not so friendly user,

The hotel is clean, the service is friendly, cool.

For room a bit OK cause floor too dirty with dust and for equipment like air conditioner and heater was very disappointing because sometimes OK sometimes problem I got room with nice view thanks staff and breakfast so delicious and variety but sorry to say room need to be improved so overall just given good rating thanks.

Highly recommended for a staycation.
