Unlike another agent, this accommodation is such a hassle to stay at. You're required to queue for checking of vaccine cards and ID (something we could have done by sending copies online a couple of days before our stay) We personally fell in line for 53 minutes. The hotel's lobby looks nice but the toilet was clogged. Elevators and slow. And the staff are rude. We were charged for two extra beds but there was only one. We asked the caretaker to give us another bed but she said it was our problem to raise with the owner of the unit, but since we booked through this app, we literally could not contact anyone. The helpdesk on here was also useless. The condo unit itself was not well lit and the furniture was dirty. The bed was like 2 inches thick and smelled weird. Cellular data is slow and we could not connect to the internet. Please if you have extra money, do not stay here.
