Very nice hotel

Large room

It is in the middle of the city. Hard to stop infront and take your luggages out. No parking available. No elevator. Room in the second floor hard to carry luggages up and down. But it is very convinient for wailing around the city center

Large rooms

The hotel room was perfect, huge, modern and clean. The fixtures and fittings were in excellent condition. I had not paid attention to the fact there was no lift and that the stairs were winding (altough wide) and there was no handrail. It was a problem for me as I have balance issues. I believe the hotel has a rstaurant but I was not told where it was or asked if I wanted to eat there. There was no daily housekeeping nor was Igiven a bottle of water ont he second day.

The rooms are so different from the photos. The airconddition wasnt working and the staff offered portable airconddition but also not working.. After communicating with expedia the manager agreed to change the room. Tiring and Very disappointing.

Safe and very clean

Reception was very helpful and friendly but had zero English. She showed me three “non smoking” rooms that ALL. Smelled like smoke. She said she didn’t smell smoke but I definitely did. After making her run up and down two times I just took the third option so as to not make run down the stairs for yet another key. Room was ok. Overall everything made our allergies flare up so that tends to make a stay less than perfect. Please was still nice overall and the breakfast was amazing!

Everything was great. Beautiful hotel at a very central location and very attentive, nice staff. Would recommend to anyone for a stopover in Mugla.

The hotel is on a noisy street. The breakfast room is a tiny windowless cell with only 3 tables. Inappropriate under pandemic conditions.

Last minute booking, place was clean, staff pleasant. Breakfast a bit measly but apart from that a nice stay. On street parking that you have to pay for as well.

Clean, modern, very comfortable bed and large room and an excellent cooked-to-order breakfast. It was my second time staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located and beautifully furnished, this modern hotel is great value and it would be ideal for a business trip. The entrance is discreet. There are marble stairs but no lift, however staff help with luggage and the rooms are spacious, elegant and well equipped.

This is a great hotel nicely situated in the middle of Muğla. The staff was exceptionally trained and management will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. I highly recommend this hotel

This is a luxury 5 star hotel. My breakfast was amazing and the room was perfect. I wish I could have stayed longer.
