Our stay was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a roach on the TV stand and another bug on the ceiling. One of the bed sheets had a visible stain, the pillowcases were dirty, and to our shock, we found another roach in one of the beds. The condition of the room was unacceptable. Although we were offered a different room, we declined due to the poor state of the original one. We requested a refund, which was thankfully granted by both Expedia and the hotel. We spent hours in the lobby with our three small children searching for another place to stay. This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. If you’re traveling—especially with kids—it’s worth spending more elsewhere to avoid a situation like this. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check in was fine. Not overly friendly, just matter of fact. Room was fine. Remodeled, but still showing wear and tear. Clean enough, but there was hair in the bed/bedding, in the shower, and on the shower walls. The shower curtain was torn in multiple places, very worn. There was a hand print on the picture behind the toilet. You could tell someone tall rested their hand on it as they leaned over to use the toilet. No hot water, and the sink drained very slowly.

I'd like to start off by saying that they have a hidden fee that they charge you that you cannot get back after you book which was $45 for amenities that you may not use like I didn't use the $45 you do not get back. There was no hot water in our room the second floor had mold on the carpet in the hallway. We didn't even stay the second night that I paid for because of how the rest of the hotel was I drove three and a half hours to go back home and lost my money. The price they show you online is great until you get that you get that hidden fee the towels are paper thin and if you're 4 ft tall they'll probably work for you. The staff was very nice that's the only thing good I can say about staying at this place I will never go back

we had to pay 20 bucks a night extra for amenities, no hot water, filthy room,, staff trying to upsell us on stuff we didnt want, towels were way too small,

Everything about the experience was easy

It was nice.

We stayed here with my 2 baby boys. Upon arriving into our room, it was extremely humid and the fridge was turned off. So I had no where to put the babies milks, etc. as we were about to go to sleep, we got up to lower the air and there was 3 cockroaches around the air conditioning unit.

We had a nice pool view and everything was clean, great for a quick stay

The hotel was okay for the price and we were just sleeping there for the night.

This hotel needs some updates. The room could’ve been a little cleaner, but not bad for a weekend. The breakfast was great. The pool was good and the staff was very nice. I would recommend that they take the time to look at what can be updated for the future. But overall, not a bad stay.

This hotel was not what we expected baded on the reviews. The staff is nice but the facility as a whole is very outdated, dirty and run down. While we visited, there was no A/C in the hallways, it felt warm and musty. The elva

Perfect for a short stay. Hotel is nice and clean. You can’t expect more for the price paid. They offer a pretty decent hot breakfast. The hotel is located in a nice area, close to Disney. Good value option.

The refrigerator was off when i arrived. Urine on the floor and side of toilet. Bed was uncomfortable. You get what you pay for with this hotel.
