Lovely place. Big room, nice and warm, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with lot of to choose from. Excellent and helpful staff. 1 star less just because of the smell in the bedroom, kinda dampy. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Probably something wrong with ventilation and air circulation.

Nice place to stay in Karpacz. Everything was nice except the shared bathroom (but for that price you can't expect high standards) the breakfast was really good and the employees are always nice. Recommended!

Bathroom has black mould. Breakfast was nothing special and they told us the town was a 15 minute walk away but it was over 30 minutes

So I arrived at this hotle/guest house today 26/01/19 with my polish in laws to find a very horrible welcome as we had to look for a member of staff when the female showed us to our rooms we found that one of them had a leak coming from the ceiling and plaster falling down in another corner there was mold when we asked the woman regarding this issue she said they knew about it and it's something they wasn't going to fix soon. We didn't even get offered another room which we know is available. Mattress had springs popping and looked like it was from a skip collection . Wouldn't recommend you can find much better for lower price around the corner
