The staff was so helpful and the hotel is fantastic! Breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome hotel replaces EME as my go to hotel in Seville. Worth upgrading the room too I had suites 214. Stunning friendly staff. Will return.

Extremely helpful staff, quickly sorted out a small problem with the television. Room and hotel were scrupulously clean. Breakfast was amazing and the best we’ve ever had; fantastic choice and the quality was outstanding. Overall, a phenomenal experience and we would love to return.

Last day we had very big noise in the room hence we could not sleep properly.

Hotel Lobby is genuinely one of the nicest, most original hotels I had ever stayed in. Hotel is beautifully designed with an insane attention to detail, everything is very high end. Location is perfect, breakfast is very good (thank you Luis) and it’s super clean. The people that work at the hotel are very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind… I want to say a huge special THANK YOU to Julia and Pablo, they are both amazing and made my stay at the Lobby wonderful.

The Hotel Lobby is an experience. It is in a wonderful location near river and the city. Everything about it is luxurious, staff are the most pleasant and helpful you will find. Breakfast is a wonderful experience

The staff can't do enough for you, we were welcomed with a glass of champagne. The room facilities were superb; loved the Bluetooth speaker. The rooftop bar was fantastic with wonderful views of the city, it gets packed at sunset. Close to the shopping areas, restaurants and cultural activities. The front desk were very helpful giving recommendations for things to do and places to visit.

Beautiful room with a view of the cathedral. Quiet , really comfortable bed. Staff are very helpful . Delicious and well presented breakfast in a very elegant dining room. Fun popular rooftop cocktail bar with excellent city views, We would definitely recommend the Hotel Lobby!

Great hotel , amazing service

An amazing visit to Seville made all the more special by staying at the hotel Lobby. All the staff were amazing but especially Gavin the Concierge who went the extra mile every day to make sure everything was perfect. The roof top bar is amazing with fantastic views over old town to the Cathederal, cannot fault anything about this hotel just perfect !

Reception, Cleaning and Breakfast staff were all exceptional. Rooms are stunning and very clean with lots of quirky items to make it welcoming. Perfect location. Only downfall personally found was the bar staff service, the area is open to non guests, you are not asked if you are a guest when paying for each drink, waiting time for drinks are quite long, bar staff are not very articulate, the service in the bar does not match the rest of the experience.

We were very impressed with Hotel Lobby which I choose for its very convenient location. It had a very chic, modern Spanish themed decor. Our room was rather spacious with matador and flamenco dancer accents, high ceilings, nightclub bathroom lighting and a comfy bed. The staff were very warm and proactive in reaching out to us to try to meet all our needs and were very accommodating. The included breakfast had a good cooked a la carte selection with associated cold buffet offerings. Would definitely stay here again!

They don't answer the reception phone. The service it's ok , not a five star. I was expecting a lot more on the service side. Need more employees.
