We didn't have breakfast, friendly staff and good value for money

The room was comfortable but not what was ordered. I ordered the two double beds. This hotel doesn't even have this option but is promoting the option at a distinct price. The thermostat kept resetting itself and heated the room uncomfortably. There is nobody on site and the phone number calls the other ibis where the person on duty could not leave to sort this issue out. This hotel is advertised as having a bar which is not the case. There was one keg of beer and that's it. The repairs to the plastering had not been finished and a sign warned us not to touch a part of the room. Attracted by the price but it seems the cheaper Premier classe hotel in front has better utilities. For a cheap sleep and reasonable breakfast I would recommend.

Thé location is great for people traveling from Macon TGV like myself. I found it’s a bit dirty outside of the rooms. The staff was very useful. Thé breakfast was ok

Check in was really poor. Hotels.com did not provide a hotel reference number, therefore when arriving out of hours we had great difficulty retrieving our room code. I called ahead a few days before to explain we would be arriving late, so was aware of the automatic check in, but after 20 mins of trying we had to call the on call staff member. I don't think I've ever met someone quite as rude as her. She was very angry, snapped at us and almost threw the confirmation at us when we were finally able to get into the reception. I have to say though, despite the terrible service the hotel was clean, sufficient for our needs and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous. Had we arrived during regular hours and not been faced with the angriest woman in France, I couldn't rate this hotel highly enough.

Nice, modern and clean hotel, ideal for an overnight stopover. Doesn't have its own restaurant for evening meals, but within easy walking distance of a few.

Great stopover on the way South. Easy to find, just off the motorway and very close to three restaurants. Clean, good value and friendly staff. Highly recommended, we would certainly use again.

The hotel was adequate for our needs. We were travelling with dog and cat and they were made welcome. Room was very small, no desk space or anywhere to put your suitcase.
