It wasn't too bad, but there are better and cheaper places nearby. My fiance chose this resort because of their restaurant, only to be disappointed. Pros - accessible - walking distance to cloud 9 - clean & well maintained facilities - friendly & accommodating staff at the reception - quiet & relaxing exterior - they accept credit cards cons - restaurant food tastes ok but pricey for its serving size. When we arrived, we ordered bacon & egg. We were served a tiny piece of bacon, egg, rice & banana (we don't even eat banana). That for p160. - most if not all restaurant staff are new and they get confused with our orders. Took 3 waitresses to get our order right (2 orders of bacon & egg, 1 egg scrambled, 1 poached, 1 with rice & 1 with toast). - the honeymoon suite is the same rate as the sunset room. I chose the honeymoon suite for privacy -- plus, it's our anniversary so I thought the room would be extra special for couples (this the name). Much to our disappointment, the room is old, air conditioner is weak, bathtub is useless, no bidet, no exhaust, and the water from the sink leaks. - when it rained, the roof leaked. We told the staff and they assisted right away. Unfortunately, all they did was move the bed forward. They didn't even offer to move us to another room. They said they will fix the roof but they didn't. The replacement towels we asked smell like it's been in the closet for a long long time. - they never bothered to put an ashtray on the table outside our room.
