We had a lovely stay at the property. Everything was cozy and charming and really well maintained. Very clean. And the extra touches and attention to detail were lovely. The owner that checked us in was also wonderful. Everything was peretty much perfect. The only thing that wasn’t up to par with the rest of the experience was the mattress. It was very hard and you could feel the springs coming through. I know mattresses can be a pricey upgrade, but our only advice to make the stay a 5 star rating would be to replace the mattress with a more comfortable one.

Oban is unique... it's an old town. It always amazes us how cleverly owners renovate the rooms and make them comfortable and convenient. Our host was very helpful at pointing out good restaurants, and things to see...

Loved the closeness to the town. Very comfortable.

The room was fairly small but I had expected that. It was clean, a bit of mold on some of the shower grout. Everything worked fine. It was okay for the price and the owner was very helpful telling us where we could find dinner and breakfast.

The room was nice, and definitely suited our needs for the night, and George was super friendly and helpful.

The host was very friendly and informative on arrival. The room was immaculate. There was tea and coffee facilities with fresh milk in the fridge. Oban centre and shops were a short walk away. We would definitively stay here again.

A beautiful guest house, with even more beautiful hosts. The welcome was exemplary and they could not do enough for us during our stay. We would highly recommend Adelphi Villa, we will be back.

Lovely lodging facility. A bit of a walk from the train station with luggage, but doable. Very clean and comfortable.

Lovely place to stay, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Oban. No traffic noise and a comfy bed means a good night's sleep. Friendly welcome and departure. No dining, but only two mins walk to local cafe/bar for an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

A very informative welcome. A high standard of decor and generally in the property. A silent Fridge in the room with fresh milk a brilliant addition for us. On our last day very kindly allowed us to leave our car in the car park whilst we did a small bit of sightseeing and had breakfast out before we left. Breakfast is not provided at this property.

Owner refused to put on heating till 4pm, checkin was freezing and very wet day

Located close to the centre of Oban and only a short walk uphill from the Main Street, this cosy and attractively furnished guest house is a good choice for visitors to Oban. Friendly owners live on site and have plenty of local knowledge to share.

What a lovely place to stay! I had the best sleep of my trip here in those GLORIOUS bed linens (beds are amazingly comfortable). The owner is a delight, and it's a very quick walk to town. Enthusiastically recommended!
