I chose twin bed as I saw the picture on this app. But when I arrived there, the receptionist said there’s no twin single bed only queen bed or king bed. I thought I booked for twin bed but turn out it was wrong. I felt tricked by the photos of the bed on the app. So I end up accept the queen bed. The room was spacious but too bad the hot water in the shower didn’t run well. It took so long for hot water to get out while I was already in the shower. The aircon also very hot. So the next day, I asked receptionist to move to other room. She moved me to other room this time ac works well, hot water takes bit long still. This hotel only has 2 floor for hotels (first and second floor), the rest is for office so if u want to stay in high rise bulding to see the view from your room this is definitely not an option. Overall I had unpleasant stay here although the security, bell boy and cleaning service guy is very friendly.

The best hotel in Penang. Best security guards, I don't ask his name, but he's from India and he is very helpful. He always stays at the hotel from 6 pm onwards. He always helps me bring all the stuff, he orders us a taxi to the airport when many taxis cancel our booking. He is very kind 😊. If I can give him 10 stars, I will give 😊. For the hotel, it's an office building in the upstairs. The room is very huge, we are booked deluxe trio for 7 days. The bed is very big, 2 beds each 180x200 & 90x200. Everything is clean, no clogged drain or wastafel. This hotel is worth for the price, we get around IDR 700,000/night.

Regret staying here, the worst service I've ever encountered so far.

Urban Hotel in Penang, a very pleasant hotel located in the middle of the city and not difficult to find food, there is also a coffee shop in the hotel, to Lam Wah Ee hospital pay MYR. 17., I enjoy staying here.

The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are clean, the pillows and mattresses are really good, the location is also good.

I'm Thai and took a Christmas holidays with my family in Peneng. It was awesome trip there. the location of the hotel is quite good. we usually walk to food court near by or community malls like Gama or Comta easily. all around hotel area also have delicious food and recommend. loved facilities inside the room and those king size beds. also the clean bath room. By the way, because of this hotel is one the 2nd floor of the shared building and I think there was a period of building renovation so often time that we heard the noise sound and the vibration from the 3nd floor (I swear that's not an earthquake LOL) A bit scary at the first time but after that I found out that it might happen because of the renovation. Comfy, clean, big space, quiet.

In my opinion this hotel is very good and recommended. Clean, staff friendly, bathroom clean. The design of the rooms is modern and the air conditioning is also cold. To the center of the city is not far just around the hotel is not a snack place.

We stayed 3 nights in Urban H. The receptionist Desmond and housekeeper Amy were very helpful when there was a leak in the shower. Check-in and out was fast and hassle-free. Room is quite spacious with nice design, clean comfortable bed and good amenities. There’s a local restaurant Alamak right across the street that opens for dinner - supper. Location is around 10min walk to Chowrasta Market and around Georgetown famous lanes.

Room 204 has ghost. After 4am I woke up to toilet then I closed the toilet lights which the room will be completely dark then there's footsteps walking to my bed side then it climbs on the bed and start pushing me.

The room was very very clean. It's located on an office tower. Room was so much bigger than expected. Very comfortable bed. Will be back again to stay in Penang !

It's nice to be in this place, unfortunately the escalator to go up and down is not operated so you have to walk or wait for the elevator to go up and down.

I had the most pleasant stay here! The facilities are good and new. And we had a big screen television too! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
