If you're thinking of choosing the twin rooms for 3 adults, don't do it! Choose the ones with the sofa bed instead or the ones with 3 beds instead. I made the mistake of doing so thinking that they'd provide you with an extra bed but for this particular room, you have to pay for it. Disappointment clearly showed on my face so the staff was super nice about it and gave me the extra bed with no charge. 12/10 service. I

Most fabulous ideal delicious hotel in the whole island.

Great location, not in the middle of the chaotic Cenang area but close enough to be near food and shopping. Even the beach was not a problem as the hotel buggy ferries guests to the beach and it 's walking distance anyway. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable, and well equipped with good wifi signals. Breakfast is about one of the best experiences, from the excellent variety of food choices, to the fast service (for cleaning plates off the table) to speedy replenishment of the buffet spreads. Finally, the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, to the concierge, to the bartender and restaurant staff, all really wonderful, friendly, cheerful and helpful people. So, so impressed with the team there. Will certainly stay again!

I had a pleasant stay at Aloft! The place is clean, the view of the room is great, the hotel breakfast was delicious and the staff are very friendly.

Our stay here was pleasant and we enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were clean and well managed. All the facilities were well maintained too! The breakfast here was excellent and it was nice dining al-fresco by the pool. We loved the sunset view from the pool area too! Here are some points to take note: 1) The beach is merely a 5-mins walk away from the hotel but it is not right in front of the hotel, just so you know. 2) We booked the room for 3 person and thinking that we could add-on a rollaway/additional bed but to our dismay it was not an option even we were willing to pay additional/top up. But we made do with the ample space on the twin beds provided, so it was alright. 3) Also, when we requested for additional water bottles on the first night, we were told they may only provide us with additional 4 bottles maximum (the room came with 6 bottles initially), so it was alright. And the next day, the room service came to clean the room and top up the bottles but only gave us 5 bottles (no idea why when the initial was 6 bottles), when we requested at the front desk in the evening, the attendant told us we would be charged RM2/bottle. But upon further confirmation, he informed that they can only provide us with 3 bottles maximum FOC. It's no biggie but we found it odd that there's a limit to the water bottles that we may request. It's just a point to note in case you are requesting for water bottles and may just want to purchase bigger water bottles from the mart or something. 4) The highlight of the whole stay was really the Splash Bar and wxyz. Their drinks were really good and at a very good price too! 6pm-8pm (if I remember correctly) everyday and it's buy 1 free 1 drinks. Superb worth it. Had a superb cool bartender that really kept the atmosphere alive and good recommendations. Overall, it was really a good and relaxing stay for us 3! We truly enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful and comfortable room and good food

The stay was awesome. Just the shower area clog when showering. The water slow to drain. The hotel maintenance need to fix the issue for room 810. Overall, the place was good.

Bad services ever! Aloft hotel need to train their employee on how to communicate with the guest.

The room was nice, but the services especially for the receptionist need to get more training on how to communicate with the guest. Simple example, every time I called them, they didn't even say “you're welcome after I said Thank you “. They cut the call immediately.

Service was wonderful, felt so welcome. I already bought my coupon for my next stay.

The room was everything we wanted and needed it to be! It was spacious and had everything that we needed. The bed was also super comfortable, cosy and truly felt like a home away from home. Besides that, thought that the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions and that the breakfast spread had a lot of variety and was delightful. Overall, had a very good 3D2N stay at Aloft and would definitely be a place I would come back to if I were to come round Langkawi again in the future.

I want to reset the date of the stay because of the last night I remember on the 18th march that I did not set a date.

The check in procedure was extremely slow with poor interaction between the receptionist and hotel guest. I was waiting for almost an hour plus having a toddler and a baby yet the hotel staff did not offer any help as for priority. Please add more receptionist at the check in counter in the near future.

Totally recommended and definitely will come here again. Loved the view, the hotel, and the service. I booked for garden view but upon check in, I got upgraded to sea view for free.

The rooms are exactly in the photos, cool like a hotel * 5, the breakfast is all delicious. Friendly receptionist. fast check-in. Definitely go to Aloft again to Langkawi.
