The hotel is located in a,slightly industrial area, however do not let this put you off as there are bars and restaurants around and in the hotel which are really good. The room service was excellent for the duration of my stay and John's service in the hotel bar was 10/10. He was really knowledgeable and friendly and his drinks were really good. All in all if i was returning to the south of France in would definitely use this hotel again.

The Hoyel Le Nelson itself is a very nice, modern hotel and the room is very comfortable. The shower facilities are good but the bathroom door design is strange. The sliding door does not completely close, instead leaving a gap that results in magnification of any sounds emerging from the bathroom. The breakfast is a little on the pricey side but since there are no other options it is a good idea to opt for breakfast included. The bed itself is very comfortable and the concrete room construction provides a nearly perfect quiet environment for sleep.

Nice, inexpensive, clean accommodation. Didn't take breakfast...seemed expensive at 14-15 Euros.

The hotel is located just off the main highway so is accessible. The room is basic but very clean. Super bed and lovely bathroom.

A nice new property, big rooms! Easy parking spaces around. A bit off the city center but if you have a car it’s just perfect. Rooms lack the basic amnesties … fridge / safe! Management was a bit strange though … luggage were not sent to our room, check out was late till 5 pm, breakfast varieties depends on the number of guests that specific day, the restaurant was closed for a special private event one evening, bed sheets were not changed on day 1! Definitely needs management improvement, although the development itself is quite decent…

It's basically a motel style hotel. Our room had only one window looking into the corridor/terrace area where a lady was sitting right outside our window for hours. The room was very basic, no kettle no fridge, our AC cools the room to about 27 degree but not lower. Shower water was small and temperature changed drastically if the tap is used at the same time. Their main customers seemed to be companies having settings/social events as there were lots. The swimming pool was closed for general use for the day we stayed because of this.

My double bed was 2 x singles pushed together, one of which had a broken leg so couldn't be used. The staff were truly 5* and once construction finishes, the hotel will be a reasonable 3* establishment. Be aware that you can't check-in until 5pm. I arrived at 3:00pm and had to wait in the lobby but they did give me the WiFi code so I was able to do some work while waiting.
