Rooms were perfect! Property was beautiful. Walking distance to beach was convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The property is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The location is excellent, and the beach is wonderful. However, we had a major issue with a persistent sewer smell in our room. Although the staff made daily attempts to fix it, the problem was never resolved, and we were not offered a room change. When we checked out and asked to speak with a manager, no one was available. A few days later, the hotel responded that they had checked the room and found no smell, and offered us a discount for a future stay. Since we are not from Greece and do not plan to return soon, this solution is not meaningful. For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected the situation to be handled with much more care and accountability.

Charged (not pre-authorized) my card 400€ as a deposit and never returned it. Expedia customer was equally as useless in resolving the situation.

We arrived on Mykonos a day early and booked a room here last minute. What a surprise! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The hotel design is so tranquil and elegant. The pool is stunning. The rooms are so clean and so modern. The location is superb. Elia is a fun, beautiful crowded beach. Even though the hotel is just steps away, it’s totally removed from the beach crowd. Again, so tranquil. The restaurant is beautiful, open air, and right on the beach with gorgeous views. The awesome staff was so accommodating and let us use all the facilities after we checked out. They even provided a shower and bathroom for us to use after we went to the beach that day before we moved to our next destination. (We didn’t want to leave!) We used their transfer service twice and our driver was so informative about the island. We mentioned that the staff seemed so happy to be working there, and he told us that the owners take very good care of their employees. Happy employees means happy guests, and it shows. Truly one of the best hotels at which I’ve ever stayed.

Relaxing, luxurious resort by the sea. 20 min drive to mykonos town. Highly recommend for those looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea while close to the mykonos madness!

Fantastic hotel located at the best beach we visited in the island. Amazing breakfast and very good restaurant, with excellent service. The pool is very beautiful and the hotel is very well designed. Once in the hotel, you will not want to leave it!! The only thing should be improved in order to be 10000% is the acoustic (we woke up with the sound of water passing by the pipe of next door room when other guests used their bathroom).

I stayed in single room which is really comfortable and enough for single person , Next to beach , breakfast is really good

If you looking for relaxing quite place in Mykonos this is the place! Amazing rooms! Pool and beach! Town is 20min away! Need a rental for sure!

My 4 nights at Elia Beach Mykonos Resort were outstanding, fantastic service, and right at the sand. Hotel staff were absolutely lovely (Angelina, Giannis Dimitrios, George and also the housekeeping lady was great)!

Given the remote location and limited transportation options, adding free airport transfer and shuttle to Mykonos town would definitely make this hotel more attractive to customers.

Everything was top notch. The only challenge was when large tour groups used the beach and took up the sunbeds reserved for guests.

This place is an undiscovered gem. I can’t believe it isn’t 5 star. After touring Mykonos and seeing other options for our stay—we seriously felt like we enjoyed ourselves far more than anyone else on the island. Being On The beach was a rare offering on the island. Rooms are simple and elegantly decorated, great bedding and nice bath linens. Beach towels provided. (Only thing-we Americans are in love with our washcloths. 😅 but it wasn’t a problem at all). Having an oceanfront restaurant at our fingertips was something that we enjoyed offer. Best pork gyros that we came across👍. The room was cleaned each day, while we were enjoying our complementary breakfast. Before going out to the best sun loungers on the island. Don’t worry the people that come on the bus to enjoy what you already have-have their own beach loungers-ensuring that you have the best view. Our only regrets is that I can’t remember everyone’s name that made our trip-truly a once in a lifetime experience.👍👍👍👍👍

We had a terrible experience with this hotel because of the room and check out service. Kaliopi at reception in particular ruined our stay and impression of this hotel. All she was interested in was taking our money. The room looked new and clean upon arrival but we noticed a nasty smell from our pillows/bedding as we got into bed. The room had a very DAMP feel to it. Probably because the bathroom would get VERY steamy once you've showered which would overspill into the room causing the whole room to feel so damp and smelly. Check out - this was ridiculous and ruined our whole stay. There was an issue with their card machine which meant they couldn't charge us for our transfer back to the airport. They were taking ages to fix the issue and delaying us to the airport bearing in mind she had suggested we leave early to avoid delays and stress of Mykonos's small airport the day before. Anyway, she eventually let us go after AN HOUR of desperately trying to take our payment once we filled out a credit card payment authorisation form instead. About an hour later, we then got a text from Kaliopi an hour later saying the payment had failed/still not working and asked us to E-MAIL her new card details which is ridiculous and a security breach. WiFI - was so slow! I'd like to thank the kind young lady who checked us in, she was very accommodating and provided great customer service and seemed to care more about guest's experience than just taking their payment successfully.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel. Mega Strand. Mietwagen empfehlenswert, da so gut wie keine Restaurants in der Umgebung.
