I stayed 5 nights at the hotel executive suite. Check-in process was slow and front desk services needs a lot of professional customer care service. They were not helpful and were not willing to provide any assistance. Stay was not enjoyable. Suite was noisy and located near elevators. Initially, I requested a room with view but not processed. Overall, below average experience and highly not recommended.

Amazing services

This is the best hotel in Riyadh! I have travelled all over the world and have never received such outstanding hospitality and service. The spa was incredible and I recommend the Hammam. I was truly sad to leave as I felt like a total princess the entire stay. The GM and all of his staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and make you feel totally at home. I can’t wait to go back!

I loved the place staff were excellent but i hated how spa is mixed- when I asked if no female area was available- then i was escorted to a female only area. I hate how they decided for me without asking me first
