First time experiencing to stay at Braga Hotel Purwokerto, I can't believe I get affordable price for staying at Braga Hotel, next time I will stay at Braga Hotel again.

The room smells of cigarettes, really bad. The bathroom floor is very slippery, the soap dish is leaking.

Actually the hotel ambience is good, but there are many shortcomings, namely: 1. I brought a small child, and asked for a non-smoking room but it turned out that our room smelled of cigarettes, so my child coughed the next day when checking in. 2. when there was an additional exbed, there were no amenities that were generally provided 3. it is very unfortunate, there is no soundproofing from the bar/karaoke on the ground and upper floors until 4 am 4. the bathroom floor has been complained about being too slippery but the hotel said it was indeed the ceramic that had a slippery texture. 5. the water is a bit yellow and makes it itchy we suggest that the comfort be improved.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

So far so good. Only the electricity in room 302 went on and off.

All the services are good, this time I stayed for the 3rd time. Criticism For the receptionist, there is definitely no standby, there should be a standby on the spot, guests call them using a bell 😀. And for the security, there has been development, wanting to cross the road for every guest. Very important because the location is prone to accidents.

The room is quite spacious, affordable, and definitely comfortable.

The room is clean although it is not soundproof from the club which can be heard all the way to the room.

Comfortable hotel but for couples, not recommended for toddlers, comfortable room but noisy at midnight, maybe when karaoke ends. The door to the room is opened and closed very loudly and the sound of people chatting loudly then the noisy sound of karaoke reaches the room.
