A warm welcome, a comfortable and well equipped room and a great breakfast. I stayed here for the location because I was visiting Southwell racecourse. There is a good pub just down the road for an evening meal as well.

Our stay was excellent and would certainly look to stay again. The facilities were very clean and their presentation really good. The breakfast was well presented and the host very pleasant.There is only one point where in pour opinion and improvement could be made and that is to filter drinking water as it tasted highly chlorinated.

Met with your name, escorted to your room, breakfast time and options discussed. Breakfast then on time and as you wanted. Dinning options nearby. You can walk to the train into Nottingham. Nottingham with out the stress

Great overnight stay. Immaculate, well planned and stocked accommodation in a carefully planned setting to include the option of a ramp access. Delicious and generous breakfast cooked to requirements.

The room we were in, with the wet room, was perfect for my husbands accessibility needs. I feel like a lot of thought has gone into the design of this boutique B&B and if I needed to be in the area again this would be the top of the list. The owner was friendly and helpful when we arrived.

What a find! A last minute booking that didn’t disappoint. Perry was the perfect host and her breakfast was amazing. Super clean accommodation and sumptuous bedding, and all the toiletries you would need at hand in the bathroom. Brilliant

Stayed one night for Southwell races, hotel ideally situated between Nottingham and Southwell Racecourse. When booking into a new hotel, b & b, the most important thing is the welcome you get. Perry the owner was very friendly and made me and my partner very welcome. The room was very nice and clean with a large shower room. Breakfast was very good and there is a good public house ( Magna Carta) 15 mins walk away if you fancy a drink your a meal.

Having made the owners aware I had covid and was very unwell, my daughter was coming to stay instead before graduation the next day. She made a 3 hour journey, road closures and diversions meant she was going to arrive after the 9pm ‘deadline’ despite keeping contact at 9.40 and arriving at 9.50 they would not let her in. The owners needed their sleep. Very inflexible and quite rude in the way we were spoken to.
