Wonderful breakfast, nice size room, clean, modern, safe location.

Nice location, closish to station, opposite a mini supermarket and about 20 minute walk to colosseum. Very simple double room, no iron or kettle for tea/coffee. Breakfast was decent. Wouldn't mind coming again due to good location and price, wish there were a few more amenities.

Our room was super small for two people!

Great people, great service, wonderful hotel and the location was exceptional with so many restaurants close by and also, a little grocery store! The rooms were clean, showers were excellent and the people were kind and very helpful.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a 4 stelle, ma lo considererei piuttosto un buon 3 stelle o un 4 stelle debole. La camera era molto pulita, bella e ben arredata – sicuramente il punto forte della struttura. Purtroppo il servizio è stato deludente: il personale era spesso scortese e poco disponibile, il che ha influito negativamente sull’esperienza complessiva. Anche la colazione era piuttosto semplice, con una scelta limitata e nulla di speciale. In generale, un soggiorno discreto, ma con evidenti carenze, soprattutto nel servizio.

We spent 3 nights at Hotel San Giovanni Roma and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood but still offers easy access to the center of Rome via public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights was the wonderful breakfast each morning—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local advice. A relaxing and convenient base for exploring the Eternal City. Highly recommended!

The staff at the front desk, in particular, two ladies, were very very helpful when we needed assistance. The room was a good size and very clean. The property is a quick walk to the Coliseum and there were many dining options close by.

The area was quiet but a close walk to the colosseum which was nice. Only wish that there were more amenities in the rooms i.e. a kettle, ironing board, closed clothing area, suitcase rack. It was quite a small room so be wary for those with 2 or more luggage! Otherwise the staff were lovely and we would happily stay here again!

Neighborhood about 1 mile from Re Di Roma metro stop. Easy to get around with GPS. Good breakfast. Small rooms but clean.

The área where the property is located is not that good. The hotel has 4 stars but in reality is a 3 star hotel. The rooms are very basic, although clean. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is included and is good, limited but good.

Daily espresso served to you during breakfast. The service staff attentively takes care.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options to choose from. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely stay here again!
