The rooms were great, the location also great, the only minor negative was that the receptionist was not the most approachable, when asked if she had a tourist map replied No!

The location is perfect. Within walking distance of historic sites and in the heart of the historic center

Casa de la Merced is an amazing place to stay, perfect location for the cultural sites of Malaga as well as for the beach. The hotel is new, clean, nice size flat with small kitchen, amenities, nice bathroom, super clean and maintained. We loved it. The only issue we had was that we didnt get the access details on time as we had a late check in and there is not a 24 hours front desk. The email was sent by a very friendly lady but it didnt arrive, when trying to contact them while boarding the flight we didnt get any response and we were to land at 10pm so it was a bit stressful. Luckily we got a message through Whatsapp as the plane was taxing. She apologised and was super nice to us giving us an extra hour for the check out. Book it without thinking twice, it is a great property, just make sure you have the access details in advance if you are arriving after 2:30pm

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de la Merced Suites. The location was great-walking distance to restaurants and all the major attractions. The room was spacious and very clean! We would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed one night. It was a great location and we did laundry. The staff helped us to figure out the machine.

This property offers everything you need for a great trip to Malaga. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was right in the center of the city close to museums, the cathedral and beach. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Malaga.

The beds were not comfortable, espexially the sofa bed. I would not rexommend to families

Beautiful hotel right in the center of everything. Not very soundproof but thats ok. Matress not comfortable but the room is large and modern. You have to park at the public parking near by, its a 5min walk. The room was clean but the 2nd day i was there they didnt give me toilet paper or made the bed. Otherwise great little place.

Great location. Kitchenette was very good. Quiet room facing away from street. No onsite breakfast but good options around.

Excellent stay in center of Malaga

Booked this apartment for two nights. A night with Agoda and another with Hotels.com as added an extra night on. Chose the most expensive superior apartment which looked lush. we arrived around 12 noon and was told our room was not ready and it could be 430pm. so off we went to a beach club which was an expensive day but we needed to rest. when we did access our room it was in very poor condition and nothing like the pictures on the marketing. there was damp patches on both ceilings, the skirting was hanging off the toilet door did not shut ur lock! On day two which was of course a whole new booking we were left with dirty towels and zero loo roll. the window was left wide open on arrival so we got bitten to death as a bonus! i immediately emailed the apartment and was told basically it was tough and there had been a flood the day we arrived which I replied I had not paid for a flood damaged room and would be happy with a reduction I was told there would no reduction which I also requested in writing. I was called on day two to say I could move rooms but as we had a 6am flight I saw no point in the inconvenience. As somebody who rents my own properties out I cannot believe I was treated in this manner. I would definitely recommend you book elsewhere!

We loved our stay. The property is well a tía es and our studio was perfect. The receptionist were kind and she gave us suggestions about food and places and was perfect. Cleaning ladies were very nice as well. This propeety is perfectly located near everything

The location was excellent. The rooms comfortable. The shower "door" didn't hold back water so the floor was a puddle.

Great location right at the entrance of Old Town Malaga. Great unit, feels very luxurious. Full Kitchenette in the room. Clean and renovated.

Great hotel, great location! The reception staff offered some wonderful recommendations. Our only problem was that the room smelled like cigarette smoke at check-in, but it was resolved before we went to bed by running the A/C, opening a window slightly, and the housekeeping crew sprayed a little Febreze. I think the housekeeper was a smoker, so it smelled a little like smoke, but it was cleared out quickly.

Excellent room, very quiet, comfortable bed, great shower water pressure, plenty of hot water, great location, better than we expected overall. Good value. Only missing a coffee maker which was being repaired. Frankly, buying a cheap one for the weekend guests to use would have been the wiser management decision....
