This was the hidden gem of our whole trip. We were not expecting the absolute over the top hospitality provided by the owner Fulvio. The passion and wiliness to provide an above average stay was unrivaled. The room was very nice and comfortable, and with the attention to detail from Fulvio, you had everything you would ever need at your disposal. The views from this place were beyond words. The drive up was amazing, and not for the faint of heart as the single lane road was twisty and with steep drop-offs. Can not recommend this place more if we tried. The breakfast was also very over the top and delicious. And to top it off, the lemon tree by the spa was my partners favorite part.

This property has the most amazing view, a great host and wonderful breakfast. The drive up is a bit narrow and windy but definitely worth it! Fulvio, the host gladly shares all the beautiful places worth visiting. All around a wonderful place to visit!!!

The hosts are absolutely fantastic and go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. We were tired from travelling and they kindly fetched our takeout pizza as the pizzeria making it wouldn’t deliver despite having done so in the past. You could not want for anything as the hosts had thought of everything and it was better equipped and furnished than a regular hotel. So far out of our European Tour of France,Switzerland and Italy this has been the best place we’ve stayed and with amazing views. Fulvio and his wife are deserving of the awards they’ve received without a doubt. Our GPS did send us on a wild goose chase and so if you want to find the premises easily make sure you stay on the main road through Cogorno and the turn to the right is signposted off the main drag

The property is very nice and the location is incredible. Most of all, Fulvio is a great host, making sure we were welcomed and preparing a great breakfast every morning.

You won't find a kinder host. Fulvio is full of life and love for his region. He offers fabulous tips on where to go, what to see. He is attentive, bakes an excellent breakfast, and tells wonderful stories. He'll even pack you lunch! The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The B&B is at the top of a hill so you must have a car, but the view is gorgeous. Thank you Fulvio, you are our favourite host!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The host was so incredibly hospitable, generous, and kind. He gave some fantastic recommendations for local sites that we otherwise may have never seen. The room was clean, cozy, and had plenty of amenities. Breakfast was delicious, and the view was even better. He even went the extra mile to pack us a lunch with our breakfast leftovers to take with us on the road. I can’t recommend this B&B enough!

One of the best guest experiences I have ever had. Fulvio, the owner is kind, hospitable, talented, and detail oriented. The rooms have every detail that you need. The balcony and Jacuzzi have an amazing view over the valley and the town of chiavari. Fulvio also made recommendations for the area that were perfecto!! his house is a short drive of the hills from the main town. It is quiet and peaceful, and takes you away from the crowds when you are ready to relax for the evening.

Vi hade två fantastiska dagar hos Fulvio. Han var vänlig och hjälpsam med allt vi behövde. Boendet ligger med en vidunderlig utsikt och rummet är modernt inrett, rent och fräscht. Bra frukost. Boendet ligger en bit upp i bergen, så bil är nödvändigt när man bor där.

Excellent séjour!!! Fulvio est un grand hôte fort sympathique et serviable. Petit déjeuner impeccable!!! Peu de fois on a ce genre de petit déjeuner. Je conseille les yeux fermés.

Fantastisk vært, venlig og imødekommende, og på forespørgsel god til at give viden om seværdigheder og omgivelser videre. Fantastisk beliggenhed oppe over byen med udsigt til bjerge og Middelhavet. Dejlig jacuzzi på terassen. Gode muligheder tæt på ifht indkøb/ restauranter. Eneste lille minus er en ca 1 km smal vej op til huset men det er en privat vej, så der er ikke mange biler.

We stayed 3 days to visit Genova and discover le Ligurian coast. Fulvio made this stay exceptional.
