The AC is not cold so it feels hot in the room.

The hotel was nice. At 12 noon, the customer service offered to clean the room.

The location is easily accessible, although the access road to the hotel is a bit damaged. Check-in/check-out is easy and requires no deposit. The staff service is excellent. The room amenities are excellent. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The staff responds quickly to any room complaints.

Overall, it's okay. Nice place to enjoy a family vacation. The kids were very happy swimming with the stunning city view.

The bedroom is so large and cozy. The lighting is comfortable because there are many lamps that I can choose, so I can do my work on the table with enough lighting.

The hotel staff were all friendly and had very good manners. The room was too dark for me, the bed wasn't very clean, and the floor was dusty.

Overall, the Swiss-Bel network should be really good.. That's all..

I stayed with my family for 1 night... Some of the facilities had problems such as leaking AC, the refrigerator was not cold, the door handle was broken... Hopefully the service and facilities can be better in the future.

It's totally worth it. The pool is spacious, comfortable, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is excellent. Overall, it's excellent.

Of the three rooms booked, 2 of them had a great view directly to the swimming pool, the other one was facing the city street. Everything was clean and comfortable ✨🥰, the service was good, ordering food on the bed was great, but I felt the breakfast was a bit lacking. And the food that was out of stock took a long time to refill, overall, it was quite an impressive stay here!! Thanks Swissbell
