Lovely location , could use some cleanup in the back of the parking lot.

Check in took a very long time with only one person in front of us. Very confusing information about where you can and can’t park. Most of the parking for the hotel is 3 blocks away which was not convenient at all.

This hotel is well located on Lake Superior across from the Sleeping Giant. The rooms and the dining room offer a beautiful view of the lake and harbour. Also, it's close to the downtown area, which is a short walk away. I enjoy this hotel whenever I'm on Thunder Bay.

We absolutely loved this property and the staff went above and beyond. The hotel was beautiful, the surroundings beautiful and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and do enough for us. We would highly recommend staying here.

The property was in a scenic area. The handicapped automatic door entering the building didn't work. One of the two elevators didn't work. Parking was a challenge. The room itself was fine; plain, nothing fancy, but it worked for my needs.

It’s April and they have Xmas decorations outside. Only 1 elevator was working. The handicap door buttons for both doors did not work. The Manager needs to be more urgent to getting this in order. The price was excessive and had I had more time I would have researched a different hotel.

there was a weird odor in the room, after showering and going to sleep, 2 of the pillows smelled like someone's gross sweat, had to toss those to the floor. definitely has lowered their standards since my last stay there a few years ago.
