The hotel needs some TLC. Could be cleaner and the stench of smoke is engrained in the wallpaper

It serves a purpose of a late night, get your head down stop over! Not the cleanest or nicest of places but non the same, very good value

Very inconveniant to get there due to limited staffing hours. Arrived by plane at LYS airport - had to take a cab to make it before 9PM (when staff desk is unmanned). Cost me 120 euros! :( Extremely limited room space for myself and my family. Bathroom was barely big enough to fit an adult. The front desk worker was helpful giving us directions to get back to Lyon via public transit.

Chambre vraiment trop petite, pour un prix excessif. Lit collé contre le mur. La lumière ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre.

I didn't receive a SMS with code and the reception was almost closed at 20.45 (should have been open until 21.00). If I came 5 min after I would not be able to enter the room.

Seeing a member of Cameroon was relieving. She and her brother was of great assistance indeed.

Unpleasant stinky smell as soon as you enter the hotel. The room smells off cigarettes and mould. The room is not clean at all especially the bedding not sure when they last washed it as there was dirty marks on it. Very loud and disgusting. Very rude staff as I tried to tell the black women about the stinky smell she ignored me as she was too busy behind the desk picking her nose. Would not recommend to anyone.

For the price absolutely fine. Staff are friendly and only about a 20 minute drive into Lyon

la chambre n'etait pas climatisee .32 degres a l'interieur meme apres 10 douches d'eau fraiche pas d'amelioration ..et la nuit a 3heures du matin ,une sirene d'usine hurle de bonne aloi pendant 10 minutes .fenetre ouverte le son de la boite de nuit en face sur la colline ,samedi soir ,normal tambourine ,j'etais sur la piste ...en sueur et mal a la tete

Personnel très sympathique. Les chambres sont petites mais pratiques avec douche intégré. Mais le plus de cet hôtel est la proximité a plusieurs restaurants, a 2 supermarchés et une entrée d'autoroute a 1min en voiture. Très pratique donc.

Trop de de bruit dans les couloirs les gens parlent trop fort et c'est pas du tout insonorisé mais autrement très bon rapport qualité-prix dommage pour le bruit des personnes non respectueuse

Chambre petite mais propre, sdb petite attention si vous êtes type viking ça risque de coincer. Lit confortable, malgré la zone qui pourrait inquiéter, cela est resté silencieux. Un bon rapport qualité prix en somme.

Les chambres sont impeccables (très propres), super accueil.

La chambre était comme d’habitude nickel comme toujours très bien dormi et un petit déjeuner calme pour passer une bonne journée et tout cela grâce aux personnels. Très bonne gérance 👍 merci à eux 😃

Basic room, basic amenities, the real minimum acceptable comfort one needs. Staff friendly but not all seem to have all necessary knowledge or experience dealing with customers.
