El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, el piso hace que este muy limpio

La habitación inicial que nos asignaron tenía hongo en el techo y no servía el control del aire acondicionado, olía mucho a humedad Amablemente y rápido nos cambiaron de habitación pero fue degradación a una de doble cama ya que la inicial era una King Size pero estaba mucho mejor.

Es un hotel tranquilo buena ubicación y tiene un oequecentro comercial muy cerca

This has been my go-to Hotel when visiting Tampico but this time I had a bad experience. All the staff were courteous but not the most efficient, there was only one receptionist at the check in time and at least 4 people waiting in line. The AC in the room malfunctioned since day 1, couldn't lower the temperature, called the desk and they lowered it from their end, on day 2 the AC wouldn't even turn on, they changed my room TWICE because of that. Parking on these premises can be hard because of the restaurants in there.

The restaurant is terrible, we had to give back the boneles chicjen because they were raw!!! The breakfast is poor… and you have to pay extra for something that is very low quality. THE AC is programmed so you can’t change it!!! We were suffocating!!! I used to go before it was a Marriot and everything was better. Will never go back!

I wish the breakfast had more verity like before.

Air conditioner waa faulty had very hot night

When I booked the room, I paid for the top option, thinking that I would get a room with a front view, but it didn't work that way. According to the reservation, breakfast was included; however, when I went down for breakfast, the options were limited. If I wanted eggs or real breakfast food, I was charged each day. Cleanliness in the room was good, the halls and other places were average. The hotel needs some remodeling; the elevators are small. In terms of service, the personnel were good.

Property is ok. Perks, its near a restaurant. No coffee pot. Nothing that stands out.

Kind of new property in a very convenient location.

I booked this hotel specifically because of the airport shuttle. However, I learned that the shuttle only operates after 6am. I was very disappointed! This should be disclosed up front. International flights leave very early in the morning. Thus, the shuttle service should be provided accordingly, if indeed they want to advertise it. Otherwise it’s just a trap!

Friendly staff very clean and the room lay out was perfect.

Nos hospedamos 2 noches todo perfecto ,excelente servicio y dentro de una plaza ! No batallamos para la comida ya que tiene restaurantes muy cerca .

Even is a perfect location , th hotel itself is not worth it , the space of the room is extremely small . Staff should warn the guests about this when you book for more than 3 people . We were 5 guests . Impossible to walk around . We were going to a party and make up staff was going to get us ready in the room . I had to book in another hotel because of this . And they refuse to refund at least 2 nights . I will never book here . Staff was nice
