Excellent location and comfortable rooms

This hotel is in the perfect area and the staff was very helpful! Beautiful rooms and area!

This is a boutique hotel and was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient to the water bus, water taxi and gondolas just down from the Rialto bridge. Roof top bar was awesome for a night cap overlooking the Grand Canal. Great food options nearby and walked and saw all of Venice from there. Highly recommend! We cannot wait to come back.

Venice is an unbelievable city and the hotel was conveniently located. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions.

Check-in process was unbelievable. To be taken care of so well. Awesome location, rooftop bar and room were more than we expected. I would definitely stay there again.

No customer service! The man at front desk is so rude! Called us a water taxi to airport , was supposed to be at 9:15 am , taxi came earlier and threading to leave without all of getting in it. Instead of telling the boat driver to wait , he asks us to pay him 150 euro and calling another taxi for another fee! Awfull!!!! Don’t recommend it for Poor Customer Service !

Our stay at this hotel was perfect! Within walking distance of major area attractions. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed. Plenty of storage nice large bathroom. Our room had a wonderful view of the canal. The rooftop had an amazing view and the food was delicious. I would book again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the H10 Palazzo Canova in April 2025. We lucked out with a partial canal view which made our trip! We were welcomed with prosecco, the staff taking care of everything we needed, great location in the heart of Venice by the Rialto Bridge with a wonderful rooftop bar. Loved the Passionfruit margaritas too! When in Venice look no further than the H10 hotel.

I would consider this to be one of the best hotels in Venice based on location, hotel conditions (excellent), service and staff. It has an excellent terrace that one can have a drink at night and enjoy the Grand Canal. It is a 2-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Also, make sure to take a water taxi from the airport to the hotel and arrive at the hotel docking area in style.

Quick 2 night stay in Venice. H10 is on the main water and near the Rialto bridge. Easy to get around and wonderful restaurants near by. Breakfast option was nice and staff very accommodating with your needs. Front desk is very helpful with recommendations and easy to talk to. We used the public ferry to get to the hotel (might be difficult if you have large luggage)and used Water taxi to get to the DOGE palace! There are water taxis right in front of the hotel. Warning, when you arrive at the DOGE palace, do not fall for the Murano glass factory tour. It's a scam. They'll tell you that you will be transported via private taxi to and from; however, if you don't buy anything, they'll tell you to take the public transportation back. Also the pricing at this 1 factory is ridiculous ($64K for a large chandelier!!??!!). Don't fall for it! It's giving a bad name to other Murano glass factories. Better to arrange a tour through the hotel or a tour company.

Great hotel. Near Rialto Bridge. Easy access on the water bus, train station and major attractions.

The hotel is newly renovated, clean, very frendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. Hotel location very close to all the main attractions. Highly recommend!
