The room was spotless, the staff was amazing, and the breakfast was okay. Honestly what is so alazing about this hotel are the staff. Everyone was so kind and generous it really made my birthday weekend special. Thank you to everyone. Literally everyone at Hotel Diamond.

The hotel is not what on your website. Very small dirty. I was fooled in booking this hotel. I refuse to stay there. I checked at the Crown Plaze

Excelente atencion, personal muy profesional, volveria hospedarme en el Hotel Diamond Lima que de tres estrellas le incluyó dos mas, o sea cinco estrellas porque asi me senti en los doce dias que estuve alojado en pleno centro del area monumental de la Ciudad de Lima llamada "La Ciudad de los Reyes".

Room and bathroom were a good size, clean and comfortable. Hotel is modern. Great location - walkable to main attractions in the historic district. There was a lot of outside noise though. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Free luggage storage was useful. Breakfast was included.

The room was very clean and nice, the staff just out of this world, specially Ms Alessandra and Ms Fiorella at the desk,both of them are reaaly proffessional and they know a lot of information on the area where the hotel is, every thing, where are the pharmacies, the optical shops, groceries, markets, everything, they both are very sweet and friendly. The staff working at the dinning area is very nice too.

Uber is easy to find. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Shops and tourist spots are walking distance. Safe to walk. Police and security are present on most of the areas. The room that we are put was noisy. The room is at the front of a bus terminal and on the main street.

Super comfy rooms and close to the airport makes for a great place to stay

The ONLY complaint I have is noise. The staff were so inviting and the hotel very comfortable. It was centrally located to many historical places and is safe ( just have common sense ). It was very easy to navigate with uber. The traffic is INSANE!

The hotel is well located in the old part of the historic district. It was a nice stay, the breakfast was prepared to order and include fruit, eggs, and toasted bread. I agree with other reviews that the hotel is located on a busy street however it does calm down late in the evening and was totally peaceful in the morning. The room was clean and had all the needed amenities.

The staff was great and very attentive. The hotel appears to have been renovated recently. There are however several areas incomplete that jumps out at you. Poor painting, rough finish etc. The biggest problem was the cleanliness. Sheets were stained,( had ask for new ones ) white towels beige and hair on the bathroom floor. The tiles used in the bathroom look dirty with each step . We ran out of tissue( a fresh roll wasnt there and it was a used roll on the holder. Some plugs didnt work and no iron. Breakfast however was good and the area nicely done. The staff were extremely helpful. This is not the place for a long vacay. It is however very convenient if sight seeing. Its literally on the sidewalk and you step out into the busy happenings in Lima. The hotel however is below acceptable.

Overall enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast included was good and location was great! Front desk staff were okay. Check out process was long. Overall would recommend if looking for an older hotel with character.
