Lovely cottages, restored with beautiful aesthetics, including the old features too. Comfortable stay, friendly owners, fantastic location for the city, the beach and forest walks plus visits to the deer park. We’d love to come back. The children loved the garden facilities and trampoline, football and rope swing.

Our stay was very comfortable, the cottages are well designed with beautiful interiors and every amenity you could need. The garden area was very popular with our children. Delicious breakfast available. Location really good for the nearby beaches, deer park and easy access to the city. The owners are really friendly.

Very charming place. Big, comfortable beds, loved that we had a full kitchen and parking right in front. They even will do your laundry for a minimal fee

Charming property. It does have some stairs or a ladder to climb for a couple of the sleeping areas. Our host was very gracious and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful. One of our party needed gluten free and our host made sure she had great tasting options. Wonderful place to stay.

Great stay! In a nature preserve area a near the beach. A rope swing that my kids loved! Delicious breakfast!

Lovely place to stay

We stayed a single night and wished we had booked more nights :). Lovely place with the forest in the backyard. Atmospheric, cozy and with very friendly and helpful staff.

Owner was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. It wasn't as quiet as expected as other rooms were occupied by families with 3 kids each. They caused a lot of noise in the afternoon in the playground in the backyard. So not sitting outside and have a quiet drink for us.

Et hyggelig sted med veldig god standard på leiligheten Vi valgte også frokost og vi var fornøyd med kontinental frokost som beskrevet. Kort vei til stranden for et bad

Super sted. Dog ikke gardiner på alle vinduer, ingen kaffe eller shampoo på værelset, og kaffen i morgenmaden var ikke god. Men super hyggeligt, super hjælpsomt, lækker morgenmad, skøn placering.

Super godt på alt og det bedste BB/hotel jeg har besøgt.

Nemt med parkering og indtjekning. Dog ærgerligt at vores lejlighed var blevet dobbeltbooket, så vi måtte rykke over i en mindre lejlighed, hvor der ikke var en seng til os alle tre. Vi blev tilbudt at få morgenmaden uden beregning, så alt ok.

Meget gammelt og super idyllisk hus med fantastisk beliggenhed. Sommerhusstemning mindre end 10 min kørsel fra centrum af Aarhus. Huset er respektfuldt og pænt renoveret og fremstår rent og hyggeligt. For os nogle dejlige rammer for en dejlig familie weekend med madlavning, brætspil og samvær. Meget sødt og hjælpsomt værtspar. Tak for parkerings assistancen i sneen :-)

Das B&B Horhavegaaden liegt super schön in einem Wald an Stadtrand von Aarhus. Der alte Hof ist super geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Garten gibt es ein Trampolin, eine riesen Baumschaukel, ein Kletterbaum und mehr für die Kids. Das Frühstück war sensationell gut. Am besten sind aber die total netten Gastgeber. Tipp: in der Nähe lassen sich über eine App Räder leihen. Mit dem Rad sind es nur ein paar Minuten in die Stadt. Das ist der beste Weg Aarhus zu erkunden. Jederzeit wieder Horhavegaaden!

I only spent a night with my family of five (5) but I wish I had more nights. The facility is very friendly and there is so much to do and enjoy as a family. I really like the room and bed positions because there is privacy for everyone even though it is one room.
