This property is a tiny basement apartment, but very well equipped and in a quiet location. It’s about a10 minute walk to shops and restaurants and 20 minutes to the major historic sights. Overall it was clean except for the floor which needed a good scrubbing. Within 5 minutes of arrival, my feet were black. I wanted to wash the floor but, even though there was a bucket, there was no mop, so I imagine that the cleaner can’t wash it either. The A/C malfunctions within an hour showing error code E8 and then it no longer blows cool air. You have to constantly turn it off and on again which is a nuisance in the middle of the night. My biggest complaint however was the constant musty smell which can’t be healthy. Once the owners take care of these issues, the apartment will be fine for a short stay.

Miniappartamento completo di tutti i comforts nel cuore della freguesia di Misericordia. Non facilmente accessibile in caso di disabilità, ma molto tranquillo e pittoresco: si sta popolando di alloggi turistici ma rimane un'atmosfera di quartiere vecchio, come un borghetto tranquillo nel mezzo della metropoli. Si raggiungono a piedi tutte le attrattive principali del centro città e a dieci minuti di distanza ci sono decine e decine di ristoranti tra cui scegliere.
