Very nice hotel in a small village. We enjoyed cocktails, dinner and breakfast and it was all wonderful, especially the dinner. Best fois gras I've ever had.

Good shower clean bedroom and complimentary coffee

I was given an upgraded room ( on suite ) at no extra cost. The staff were very friendly & helpful. I had a very enjoyable meal in the restaurant as well as a drink in the friendly bar. I would cretainly stay here again.

OK, so the fixtures and fittings are a little tired, but this place was value for money and never pretended to be more. Balcony was a nice touch at this price point, but the location is so-so and apart from the hotel's restaurant the captive audience have little choice with regards to food. The bar was good however, with a good selection of French and Belgian beer on tap.

The staff were very helpful. We were accommodated for dinner even though we hadn't booked and the restaurant was very busy. The hotel was much more welcoming than the website pictures suggested. It is very advantageously situated by the station. We were sorry we had not booked it for the overnight stay on our return from walking.

We were told in advance that we would need to phone the owner for a security code as though we had booked in on a Saturday there would not be any staff available. This was the first disappointing factor in an extremely disappointing stay. The room was clearly unchanged since it was first built in the late 80s/early 90s if the decor was anything to go by. The sheets were scratchy and we woke up covered in bites, presumably from something that was living in them. The bathroom was a 'wet' bathroom, i.e. the shower was not self contained and the water went all over the floor so you had to tolerate wet feet if you wanted to brush your teeth or use the toilet. Though advertised as within easy reach of Guillestre with access to all local amenities the hotel restaurant was shut and the only one open within walking distance was another hotel half a mile away. If the other hotel had not been open it would have been necessary to get a cab into the main town, the location therefore is as terrible as the general standard of the room. I certainly did not enjoy any aspect of the stay. The room was lacklustre, the service non-existent and we may well have been bitten by beasties that were in the room before we got there. Very disappointing and never to be repeated. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Nous avons passé 4 nuits reposantes dans cet hôtel où tout est réuni pour se sentir bien. L’accueil est chaleureux, toujours avec le sourire, du matin au soir. Un immense merci à la propriétaire, toujours souriante, bienveillante et présente, qui donne une véritable âme à cet établissement. La chambre était impeccable, le service attentionné et aux petits soins. Côté restauration, c’est un sans-faute : cuisine savoureuse, service irréprochable et tarifs plus que raisonnables. Le personnel de salle est tout aussi formidable : à l’écoute, souriant et professionnel. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés et où nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation ! 🌟

Chambre et Hôtel très propre et confortable, bonne insonorisation. Personnel souriant. Le restaurant était excellent ! Si vous y sejournez, il faut aller visiter le village fortifié de "Mont Dauphin" qui est juste à côté. Une belle découverte...

Les lits ont été confortables Le restaurant est très bon et accueillant. La vue de la fenêtre de la chambre est belle Les gens de l’acceuil sont gentils et souriants. L’hôtel est bien situé , entre embrun, vars, guillestre et à côté des marmottes et de mont dauphin ! Un peu à côté de la route (parking gratuit) mais il suffit de demander une chambre côté jardin : très agréable !

Excellent en tout point, à quelques mètres de la gare, a quelques mètres du lac d'eyglier, du sentier des marmottes et proches des commodités.
