Do not rent this place if you are looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay. Maybe good for partying. This is an apartment rental without a front desk to get any kind of help in case you need something. Instruction how to enter the facility / communication is via text or email. The place is not well maintained, there are dirt marks on the appliances, smoke (from cigarette) smell despite that it is advertised as a "non smoking" facility. I also had issues with the door lock and found the front door unlocked when I arrived (back) to the room. I did not feel comfortable leaving any valuable inside the place. Because of these issues I wanted to check out days before than originally planned. Unfortunately, despite spending hours on the phone neither hotels.com nor the property manager cooperated. Hotels.com eventually refunded one night out of four.
