Overall, a very well managed hotel. The inn keeper was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Location is great along the main road. Parking behind the hotel was very convenient and there were plenty of spots when we traveled. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. In the bathroom, the sink was about the size as you would expect on a boat, very skinny and difficult to keep water from splashing everywhere. The shower was very nice, but similar to other places in Scotland there are no shelves to put toiletries on in the shower. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, ample, and fresh. We did not find a better place for breakfast in Oban. Note that if your room is on the street side, the street noise can be a bit much.

Great location for the Town & restaurants. It was also great that they had available parking in the back of the Hotel. Nice Employees upon check in. Clean comfortable rooms and a great common area downstairs.

Located on a busy street, so noisy. There is no elevator, even though the hotel is of modern construction! Have to haul your bags up to the 2nd or 3rd floor. so NOT advisable for older folks. Front desk is only manned till 9PM. After that, there is no one to help you with any problem you may have - just numbers to call. Too minimalist for the price and for me to recommend to anyone.

Very nice room. European size but we expected that. You're not staying in a suite in the USA.

We picked this spot because it had car parking. Room was ok but could use a fridge. Breakfast wasn’t great.

Friendly check in. Very clean room and comfortable bed. I think it's just been refurbished Good buffet breakfast in the morning, excellent cup of coffee. Big bonus is the car park, a lot of places in Oban don't have this I'll definitely book into here next time. towntown

Adequate and friendly. We had to change rooms because of leaking shower which spread to bathroom floor. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.

The room is very, very small. Just enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom is small. The entrance to, and the size of the shower...very small. The room was neat, clean and updated, just tiny.

There is a bar on the property that was loud on the last night of my stay. There is only a small parking lot in the back . That allows for about eleven vehicles And it is gravel so hard to wheel your luggage. Also there is no elevator and narrow stairs, made it hard to get my luggage up to the room.

Great location, right downtown. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very small as can be expected but the bed is very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was good, typical Scottish breakfast and at a good price of £14.95/person. The bathroom and shower were small but the shower had great water pressure. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely convenient hotel in the heart of Oban. Lovely breakfast (best black pudding we have had for ages). The room was clean and they let us check in early which was great.

Lovely, clean room, with comfortable bed. Great location, close to lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel with very nice staff in a convenient location. People coming in after the pubs are loud so don’t keep your windows open.

Clean, newly refurbished hotel in convenient central location. Very comfortable. Easy car parking on site.Would recommend. However, stairs are quite steep and lighting could be better.

Nice but very small.

Nice place to stay. Only stayed one night, but was a great spot for the night. Central location and easy parking. The staff are super nice. One thing to note, they only have stairs so if you have loads of luggage of having accessiblity issues, this is something you should note (although im pretty sure thats mentioned on their listing).

We were really pleased with our stay. The rooms were excellent and bathroom was very modern. The staff member that checked us in and served at the bar was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a wee drink and game of UNO in the lounge. Would highly recommend
