Wonderful. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Larger than normal rooms which was a plus. Hot tub style bathtub. Clean. Comfortable. Would stay again for sure

The hotel room was comfortable and modern. It is at the edge of the downtown area but is accessible by transit. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would stay again if in the area.

I wouldn't consider this place clean comparing to other places I stayed in Japan

Room is large and the jacuzzi is a nice touch. Excellent value for price.

Compared to other hotels in Japan, this hotel has spacious rooms, big bath, a jacuzzi, separate bath and toilet. These contribute to a very comfortable stay especially for families.

Parking is convenient. Room and Bedroom was better than expected. Free refreshments in the lobby. I would recommend the N Hotel for cost effective travel. Highly recommended.

I have booked this property more than once because of the amenities. Parking is free, the hotel is new and clean, and the rooms are bigger than normal room size in Japan.

Wonderful hotel, big room, clean, room service was prompt. House keeping did a fantastic keeping the hotel clean. Sparkling clean toilet and bathroom with huge bathtub. Loves the toiletries provided. Appreciate the convenience of hot and cold water dispenser, microwave oven and fridge. Just a station away from Nagoya. Best hotel ever stayed in Japan in the same category. Highly recommended.

Very modern with so many great amenities. The spa bath was amazing - so huge and lights up in changing colours. Very attentive staff. Only short walk from Sanno station

The hotel was really pretty, easy to find and easy to access. The amenities was really nice and the room was so big and clean. Definitely recommend it. The station is also one station from Nagoya station, so not far from the city center.

Big nice room...but our non-smoking room allows iqos or glo, “smokeless cigarettes, if you are sensitive to the smell it really sucks otherwise we would have stayed a second night....non smoking should mean no nicotine product in the room not a bunch of iqos allowed signs.
