Fantastic place, great customer service with the staff but especially David who went above expectations. Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He is an asset to your team. Well done David.

Only one key was a bit of an issue. No space to keep clothing. Otherwise it was a good, clean base

Staff were really friendly and service was very good.it looked like room had been recently updated.

Spent a great 2 nights here. Had breakfast in the adjoining building which was great and one evening meal. Rooms and bathroom seemed well taken care of. No complaints at all.

Very nice hotel, my second stay there, very clean, about 10 mins walk to centre / train station,maybe less than that.

Brilliant place, second visit, only went 4/5 on area round property as it's tranquil (which some like) but about a 10 mins walk to centre / train station, which I don't mind hence staying again.

Basic stay, nothing special.

Rooms were ok. Breakfast service could be improved, if they could offer real coffee instead of the instant one and real orange juice.

Poor quality toilet paper. Need explanation in room about getting out of the car park with the need to go half mile south. Why not have separate entrance and exit onto Park Avenue?

A lovely hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent location within walking distance of Aberystwyth. Breakfast and evening meals were good. Friendly and efficient staff.
