It’s a renovated ( old building) apartment, crowded area , it’s fine to stay just for transit .

My stay was very enjoyable because for the value provided by this hotel. Centrally located, with easy access to subway, restaurants, stores, yet very quiet with no disturbances. Clean, efficient rooms, friendly staff, and all of these at a very affordable price. Very satisfied.

This was a charming little hotel. The staff is super helpful and friendly. and it is super clean. we had a very comfortable bed and everything was in order. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again

A parking problem for this property

First of all, the staff at the hotel were all incredibly friendly and tentative. They were very accommodating and even let me leave my baggage at the hotel before check in. So thank you for being so lovely. I stayed solo in a double room with a shared bathroom, which unfortunately due to the nature of it being shared, was usually occupied in the morning and was dirty (stains in the toilet l). There was daily cleaning in my room which was appreciated. It also had some mould and grime so I never felt comfortable using it. I would likely stay again if I had the opportunity, but only if a private bathroom/shower was available.

Decent hotel close to Lisbon city centre. A bit old on the outside but the interior is modernly decorated.

Check-in was easy. Room was well air conditioned, clean and bright. Did have a bit of a problem getting case into room because of positioning of fridge, which was a nice extra, would have been better if it was under the unit shelf.It was easy to get there as metro stop so near and lots of places to eat nearby.

Good location and easy place for a one night stop. Room layout could be better. Beware poor pillows and sprung mattress though!

Convenient location with easy access to metro. Located on the 3rd floor of a mixed use building, a bit of wait to go up with only one small elevator. Good for short stays in Lisbon.

A great location, close to the underground and easy to get to from the airport. My Charm is on the third floor.The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and helpful. Very good value for money and I will certainly return to this hotel when I visit Lisbon.
