Room was clean , evening service wasn’t frandly I did wait for check in just 1 lady was front of me but other reception was just setting there she doesn’t say hi or can I help you and also charged even black coffee

L’hôtel n’était clairement pas pleine et ils m’ont mis juste à côté d’une chambre avec un bébé très jeune avec porte communicante, donc on entendait très bien à côté. Une attention particulière où ils auraient isolée cette chambre avec au moins une chambre de libre de chaque côté aurait pu être apprécié des voisins et des parents sûrement.

Excellent view! Great heated pool and sauna area. Nice little dining area. Great staff. Reasonable driving distances to excellent local attractions like Mt. Tremblant Village.

My fault for not realizing this hotel was not at the mountain itself. And bus directions to the mountain from reception were very bad in that there was a bus stop outside hotel but that bus went all around before going to mountain. If he had told us to walk a block or two into village it would have been a much quicker journey. Info on Expedia site for location should point out this hotel is not at the mountain resort itself.
