Very close to everything in central Playa. You can pretty much walk to anything including restaurants and tours. Great service and very clean!

Tbere was a black mold on the ceilling in the bathrooms. You can hear the music all night long. Pictures are highly edited, it looks worse in real life. Pool is tiny and filthy. Fridge in one room barely worked, and the one in another room froze our drinks

Close to everything but even though the clubs are 1/2 block away it wasn't as loud as I expected. Beach is close but is extremely eroded so theres really no where to enjoy the beach without taking a cab and paying for a beach club set up. The hotel looks nice from the outside but is in serious disrepair in the rooms. Walls have mold on them that is continuously painted over and there's paint splatter all over the floors & furnishings. Bathroom scum on every surface, mini fridge is rusted & severely beat up & runs very loud all night, they had no table for the fridge so I had to use a chair. lighting is horrible, flicking lights most of the time. The bed is hard as the floors and bottom sheet will not stay on at night when using it. I wasn't given the King bedroom I paid for, was givin a double bed & twin and nothing else was available. This place was disgusting and I in no way will ever return.

The property was outdated and old. Sinks were dirty, very noisy and alot of facilities were not functional. Won't recommended.

Mattresses were poor. Rooms need more TLC. A little upgrade would go a long way for this very well located hotel.

It was a great stay on budget. Right beside the clubs, restaurants, and market. 3 mins walking distnace to the beach. The front desk staff were super nice. The check in was very quick and so was the check out. Also, the housekeeping found our beach clothes in the bathroom and handed over wihin 2 mins while we were checking out. I'd love to stay again next time.

Great location, walking distance from the beach and 5ta avenida, quite centric. Great price for clean rooms, great service from the staff, safe location.

Good enough for short stay

It’s great if your main goal is to party till 2 am everyday. Would not recommend if you have kids as it is extremely loud they’re 3 clubs just one building next to the hotel. Important to know.

The staff at the front desk was very accommodating very nice. Change the beds daily. The staff very accommodating to your needs. This is a hotel for couples only who love night life not for family with children music at a near bar lounge is blasting too loud not able to get a good night sleep. The beach is about two or three blocks for the hotel. A Great place to have breakfast n great sandwiches is at Les Amis inexpensive go see Tony the owner. I did enjoy my stay n staff very helpful to accommodate me for another 2 days. Best wishes Vida

I stayed one night from 11-12 March. There is constant loud noise late at night from a few open patio dance clubs around the corner that continue until around 2AM. I sleep with earplugs as I normally live near a runway, but the noise cut through the earplugs along with white noise from the air conditioner. There was a loud, rapid knocking noise that jolted me awake twice between 10PM and 1AM.  I'm not certain if it was a water pump, air compressor, or something else mechanical that was left on overnight. The room was clean, the A/C unit worked well and the wifi worked semi-frequently. If you're in Playa to party, this might be an economical option if you're out late.  I was here for one night prior to flying and I had an rotten sleep.

Great place to stay near all the excitement and beach!

Tuve una experiencia un poco dificil el primer dia, pero Marisol es un sol. Me ayudo y se encargo que mi hijo y yo estuvieramos comodos.

This is a great hotel if you like to party for free! You will have access to loud music until 3 or 4 AM from the bars around the corner. I got the room on the roof, the stairs were in very bad condition. I wonder why the hotel advertised that they have a swimming pool when they really have a sink...
