Closed ski season and Andermatt closed so thank goodness for Radisson Blu Hotel! Great hotel, staff, service & facilities.

Really lovely stay - rooms with amazing views of the mountains, staff were incredible, helpful and so friendly. Special shout out to Sandor who made us laugh! Only minor feedback is there are very limited breakfast choices for vegans and limited eggless options fo vegetarians

Everything! The property, staff, food, convenience, location, scenery, cleanliness, comfort, literally everything was perfect!! We can't wait to go back and are already planning out next trip(s) to Radisson Blu Reussen, Andermatt! Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Clean room, new hotel, varied breakfast

Unfortunately, the site was in the middle of a building site which meant we could not open the windows which was not great as the hotel also didn't have AC - had we known this before booking we would not have chosen this hotel. Parking was safe and secure, location was great - easy to walk to restaurants the town Bar service was slow and unfriendly We chose not to eat in the restaurant due to lack of vegan/vegetarian options We ate breakfast in the restaurant but again lack of choice for vegans

Excellent

Hotel itself is lovely, in particular the rooms, gym and pool. Breakfast is excellent. The area around the hotel is new (it’s being aimed at the very wealthy so is high-end, but a bit soulless) and there is a lot of construction going on, which woke me early each day. The hotel is handy for the train station (5 min walk) but is not in the centre of Andermatt village, which is a further 5-10 minute walk past the train station.

This was our last night in Switzerland after our engagement, and the staff (lady) checking us in at the front desk was very cold and unwelcoming. We were looking forward to having a spectacular and relaxing end at this hotel in one of our favorite towns in the country, in which we also had heard great reviews of… But the entire time, felt quite the opposite. Will never come back.
