A great hotel!! Great room and the views are stunning

Excellent new property

Modern clean hotel with excellent facilities, great location

All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The property is located near mountain access, train station and dining options in town.

Amazingly beautiful and comfortable accommodation in Andermatt Reuss. The service and breakfast were excellent! The hotel provided complementary shuttle van to the train station. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Andermatt.

The staff was lovely hotel is new, air conditioning didn’t really air condition, bed was cheap! Do not eat at the restaurant what an abomination of food we sent it back disgraceful fire the cooks go into town which is a pain after a long day. Personally wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel is stunning, rooms are new and very well done, lovely modern hotel in the alps would definitely stay again! Didn’t get change to use the pool but looked amazing. Highly recommend this hotel, will be visiting again in the future.

The staff were amazing from the pick up at the airport to the activity recommendations. The sauna/ spa facilities were above par and I generally feel like I got the level of service and luxury that I paid for. Would highly recommend.

It is a very convenient and nice hotel, good for sports if you want to bike hike or other activities. Everything is available nearby. The breakfast was good with many options, dinner was disappointing. The swimming pool and its area is nice for swimming but less for being spoiled and also the fact that the sauna was FKK was strange and not convenient. I am recommending this hotel for a sport weekend and less for a romantic getaway.

Wonderful stay with connected rooms! Breakfast was included with our rooms and was great! Hotel was in walking distance to hiking trails and 10 minute walk into town!

Parking fees not reasonable for the location. Reception staff were stretched, don’t seem to care about your experience. Nice design but lacking warmth

The best thought out hotel I've ever stayed in. So many thoughtful touches intelligently executed. The pool and spa are beautiful, the staff well trained and friendly, breakfast is superb.

Beautiful hotel in Andermatt. Loved the pool with mountain views! Breakfast buffet was nice too. We did have hiccup where they were supposed to pick us up from the train station and they never showed up (and I had written confirmation), so beware about that. There is a lot of construction happening around the hotel so getting there on foot with luggage was a bit of a struggle. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture.

Great hotel on the edge of Andermatt. The room was excellent - very comfortable and clean. Large, well lit bathroom was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wall to the main village was a long go around, but that could be because of construction.
