Great room, friendly staff, convenient location

We really enjoyed our recent 3-night stay here. It is a small, boutique-like hotel located in a quiet corner neighborhood, only about 10 minutes from the Old Town. It is a well-kept and pristine hotel. Our flight arrived early, around 9 a.m., and we were able to check in early without incurring a fee. The hotel staff was accommodating and courteous, always greeting us with a smile and a hello. Our room was absolutely charming, cozy, clean, and comfortable. We could not ask for a better place to stay while visiting Krakow. The beauty of staying at a hotel like Bachleda is that we could experience how local people live and immerse ourselves in Polish culture. There are beautiful hotels inside the Old Town as well, but the Old Town was constantly bustling with tourists all day long.

Beautiful hotel, 10 minutes walk into town centre, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast had excellent variety but didn’t use the restaurant in the evening as we were usually out, if we ever come back to Krakow, would not hesitate to book here again (we had deluxe king room- was not disappointed)

A lovely hidden gem outside of the old town, near the river yet only 10 minutes walk into the old town. Everywhere in Krakow is accessible with superb transport links so being slightly out of the old town suited us well. Everyone in the hotel is lovely and can't do enough for you. Rooms are perfect, quiet, well appointed. Special thanks to Aneta and the team who looked after us at breakfast and helped teach us some polish words! Also the reception team were brilliant at helping us to arrange anything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again next time we visit Krakow which is a beautiful city.

What a great hotel in Krakow! A little haven a short walk away from the bustle of the main square.

Stayed at the property with family for a short city break. There hotel was amazing and the staff were excellent, we were greeted with a cider champagne as an arrival drink. The rooms were well presented and luxurious. The hotel location was spot on, it was quiet, near convenient shops for snacks etc and only 15 minutes walk into the main square and the same to the castle. We wil definitely stay again. …you must also try the Opus Bar in the basement, the drinks and service was brilliant, well done team!

Excellent in every sense of the word. This hotel has a five star reputation and lives up to it in every way. Thank you for a superb stay. We would love to visit again and would recommend this hotel without reservation.

Reception staff were excellent when Checking in and always friendly when coming and going but when checking out and dining I found them rather rude we inquired about a transfer to the air port and was quoted over triple the price of which I found elsewhere and when dining in the hotel it felt very uncomfortable as the waiter wasn’t very helpful and kept disappearing for long periods of time and it took forever to sort the bill out he also lost interest in our table after we didn’t order all the extras

Fantastic hotel, 10 minute walk to the old town square. Great amenities nearby. Hotel made lots of effort for my partners birthday and couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely art deco hotel very clean stayed for 8 nights so had to leave a note for toiletries to be replenished ..Staff friendly food in opus lounge great 5-10 min walk to square

Staff are incredible and very accommodating. I was sick for part of my visit and they could not have been more helpful. The hotel is also beautiful and quiet!!
