Checking process was easy enough…wasn’t the room i thought we were getting It showed the 2 bedroom full ocean view room on the corner of the building but we were given one in the middle which had a smaller balcony…then the lounge suite was peeling on one of the cushions and kitchen bench had 3 holes in it, so told the manager the room was a bit tired and could we be changed to another room, she wasn’t remotely interested and said no. Thought customer service could have been a lot better by the manager.

The front door was not able to lock for the entire stay. The Manager said they will get a locksmith to fix, but no one turned up.

Just an overall amazing place to stay, room was superb, staff friendly and attentive, location was spot on, will not hesitate to come back here for our trips to the Gold coast in the future.

Amazing apartment and view. Very clean and tidy with all amenities needed including an in room laundry. Check in and out were super easy. Lovely friendly staff. Great location close to convention centre, beach, casino and oasis shopping centre. Abundance of parking just a bit tight for larger cars.

Great apartment in a fairly new building. Parking on site, easy lift access, pool and outdoor areas were great. Apartment itself was brilliantly located in the main Broadbeach area, and opposite a tram stop. Other than some dusty areas, the apartment was super clean, and had all the essentials for self catering. Porta cot was available also which made life easy. Would recommend to couples and families to stay

Handy position, well appointed. Parking was tight and sometimes a space was difficult to find. Windows in bedroom ran water in the mornings due to condensation.

Very clean apartment. Good facilities and excellent location.

Very happy with apartment. Spacious and clean. To be picky dishwasher was difficult to use as one side of it was coming away, no side plates for smaller items of food and only one flannel for use in the shower. The settee needed replacing. But these are minor issues. Our overall feeling was very happy.

Location, parking, gym, pool, everything you need

Two staff members were really good, friendly smile, and there was an odd one. She looked like she couldn’t even be bothered being there.

The location is great. Walking distance to the mall and the nearby restaurants. The apartment carpets were very dirty but other than that, the rest of the apartment was adequately cleaned. Your room is only serviced if you stay 8 days or more.

Nice place to stay

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only aspect I did not particularly like was the towel exchange process. Guests were required to bring used towels downstairs to exchange them for fresh ones. In my opinion, it would be more convenient if housekeeping could collect and replace towels directly in the room during servicing. This would provide a more comfortable and seamless guest experience. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay.
