The staff upon checkin were really nice. The room was clean and the rooms were big. Stayed in a 3 bedroom. The pool and spa were absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Cube apartment no curtain for privacy in bathroom window everyone can see from outside in aircon room making loud noise in our bedroom Couldn’t sleep well at night Bedding and pillows uncomfortable Only 2 bathroom towels Tried to use phone (morning) and does not work No reception if you need or want anything Strong smell when arrived at apartment had to open all windows Had extra rooms but they were locked ??? Have no does what they were Tv in room not working I would never stay there again

Great apartment, location and amenities

Stayed last year so decided to come back. The perfect base for our six nights away, clean & comfortable with excellent facilities in the ideal position. Highly recommended

The apartment was clean and tidy and lots of facilities available to use.

We arrived on Sunday afternoon after reception had closed at 1pm. Our preordered cot wasn’t in the room and after calling the after hours number immediately it was brought to our apartment at 8:30pm with no linen by the security man. We also didn’t have enough shower towels for each person and no access to pool towels. Our grandson was desperate to test out the pool so we had to use our shower towels. The room wasn’t cleaned very well and we found a piece of curried chicken under the table. It was lucky we found it before one of our grandchildren did and ate it.
